To be honest Ive only been here once. But the one time I did, I wanted to pay for my drinks separately - and got a dirty look from the lady ringing me up, and I mean a really dirty look! I had clearly stated my request beforehand, and it was necessary so I politely insisted, at which point she then rudely did the separate charging as if I had offended her deeply. Sucks to be her lol

This is just another of the chain. The food is as to be expected from most of these stores. The store itself is usually pretty clean. 4 stars because it is open 24hrs. When your working the night shift, this is one of the few places that are open for food. Staff is usually pretty nice. Parking is good at night, but can be difficult during the day so be prepared.

They tried to charge me for toasting my roll!!! I have eaten at Subways all over the U.S. and have NEVER been charged for toasting the bread!!! When I questioned them about it he told her it was ok and not to charge me! I wonder how many other people who were not paying attention got charged! I wont be going there anymore.

Had yummy affordable sandwiches and Salad from this hole-in-the-wall place. We got the sandwiches and Salad Togo on the way to Los Gatos airport because it is located near the airport area. It is hard to find street parking outside the restaurant, we got lucky with parking because it was a weekday late afternoon.

2 clerks were committed/catering to a undecided for a long time. They should commit one clerk to help the confused customer and the other one should be servicing other customers. It is about speed guys, otherwise I would have gone to a sit down restaurant.

I really love this subway. The only problem is the parking lot. Its horrible. Its almost bad enough yo go elsewhere, but the staff is great, big store, comfy layout with outlets for electronic devices.

We got the sandwiches to go. When my bf took a bite of his sandwich, there was a long black hair! Then when he started inspecting the sandwich, there were tiny hairs baked into the bread! Yuck!!!!

There were ants everywhere, near the drink machine, all over the trim boards around the tables, and when told about it they listened but it seemed as if they didnt really take it to heart our care

One of the only Subways in the region that is open 24 hours. That is great if there is something wrong with you and you need to eat a sandwich at 4am.
