this place is very plain but clean but very plain I wish they could put up some good pictures or something to jazz the place up because they would be a big hit! the food is some or if not the best Ive ever had,and Ive had lots throughout my lifetime.my family ate every bit they could unmistakably the best food anywhere!every dish was as it should be, the sweet and sour pork and chicken was top notch.usually the pork is tough at other places but this was tender and the quality of the meats surpassed all others that Ive eaten in the past! keep it up NEW Moon!!!!!

The food is really fresh with an extensive choice. The owners are very friendly and they have a good staff. No long waits for food. There are a lot of windows, so the atmosphere is more cheerful than many dark chinese restaurants. I love the "Green Jade" vegetables, always cooked perfectly. Delicious and fairly priced. I eat here about twice a month. Great place. Unfortunately located next to Panda Express, which is not so delicious.

Weve been coming to New Moon for as long as I can remember. Weve moved out of the area but anytime we are going through Longview we have to stop for our N.M. fix! Love their hot and sour soup, huge portions that feed us for 3 days and food is hot, fast and so friendly. Annie, the owner always remembers my #9 with fried noodles. Always! Cant say enough about this place. For us its a destination, a reason to stop in Longview.

Amazing service and value. Ignore the 2 negative reviews on here, people just like to complain. The potstickers (dumplings) are delicious and the portion size is huge. My gf and I were able to make 2 meals out of this for $24, cant beat that! The owner is gregarious and understands that top notch service builds customer loyalty. If youre in the area, definitely give this place a try.

Great Cantonese style my favorite, although others available. Try to eat there at least several times a month if not weekly. Its like one big family with everyone welcomed by owner, Annie. Consistent quality, tasty, and filling. Always take-home or share with a friend. I notice a lot of regulars, so obviously a local favorite. :)

I walked in and the place smelled like they hadnt washed the carpet in 30 years. The tables all have graffiti scratched into them and were covered in a sticky layer of grease. How was the food? No idea since I walked out. If they cant provide a clean dining area how can they expect me to trust their kitchen and food prep cleanliness?

Wow. Dirty. Bad service. Big plates of brown mush. I suppose the owners are Chinese, but an American could watch 2 YouTube videos and cook better than that. Deep fried chicken that is soft, gooey, and yellow? Mongolian beef that is light brown, tasteless, colorless and disgusting? Big portions of garbage. I want my $5 back.

Annie is awesome and this restaurant reflects her great character. Huge portions and great prices combined with tasty food will make you glad you came. It is not fancy, but the decor is not what will keep you coming back with friends and family. If you meet Annie the owner, please tell her that Tofu Bryan says hello. :)

Seriously probably the worse chinese food youll ever eat. The Fried Rice and barbecued pork was very dry and they both had zero heat. The atmosphere is weird.(decorations). It just wasnt what I expected it to be. The food is a 2/5. The service is good though. But Im very disappointed in their food. Wasted $27 bucks.

My family has gone to New Moon for over 10 years. I live in Denver and meet family at the new moon. We have always gotten great service. I love the food. They serve more than ample sized servings. I like the Cantoneese style food. They are always pleasant here and service is great.

You get your money worth here, to bad its not good food. The chicken is full of grizzle and is dry. The waitress on duty was rude and ignored people. Not to mention that its the school hang out so its loud. I will not be eating here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Our service was good. Our server was quick, accurate and attentive. We ordered off the combination meal section (#7 and #3). When the meals came, they filled the plates in a pleasing arrangement. They were delicious meals. A little heavy on the sauces, but cooked thoroughly.

We were passing through from Portland on our way to Canada. The service was great and the decor was weird. The food was actually pretty bad. I know we are spoiled with Portland food. If your used to Portland quality food, I do not recommend eating here.
