I have gone to this restaurant many times and each experience has gotten worse and worse. Tonights experience was poor enough to warrant a terrible review and a promise to the owner that I would NEVER return. My husband and I arrived at about 5:45 PM with our sleeping, infant son. There were two tables of customers and we stood at the door for several minutes waiting for the sole waitress/owner to seat is in her virtually empty restaurant. Read: my husband stood there holding my son in his car seat while we should have just been told to pick a table. We told the waitress we were having the grill, ordered our drinks and were told to help ourselves. I made my plate and the young man working the grill served it up. Upon sitting down and getting ready to dive in I find two large, completely uncooked and ICE cold meat on my plate. Having seen the multiple signs all over the buffet about their request to not waste food and seeing about 10 more customers in line at this point I decided to pick it out and eat the rest. After I had finished and went to get a second plate (hopefully cooked as I didnt come to sushi night) the waitress finally returned to our table where my husband showed her the raw meat. I get back to the table and find again, totally raw cold pork on my plate. I was done. Disgusted. My husband also had raw pork on his plate. The restaurant had 9 tables at this point and we waited and waited for our bill. It came, I showed her the additional raw meat and she didnt say anything. No apology, no offer to discount the bill. I went to the counter to pay and again told her how upset I was that I was served totally raw meat and advised they were going to end up getting people sick. She told me (despite her many signs advising not to waste food) that I should have just gotten another plate as if the third time would have been a charm. I told her I couldnt believe that she didnt offer to discount the ticket or even apologize as I wrote in a big fat ZERO in the tip line of my debit receipt. She shook her head and walked away. I will never return and will share my bad experience as I told her that her service or lack thereof would be shared as the Internet is a powerful thing. If you look around the grill area cleanliness is not their forte and the place is filthy. Tomorrow the Heath department will be notified. Go elsewhere unless you want that sushi thats not supposed to be sushi.

My first visit to this restaurant was Thursday,10 Jan 2010 .I ate lunch and I thought it was worth another visit so I took my husband there for dinner on 13 Jan 2010. I will not be going back, First thing is, the customer service gets an F. One of the cooks was waiting tables and trying to help out, but I cant understand why because there were only 4 tables in use. The owner(female) has no customer service skills and is flat out rude. My first visit up to the food line, I pulled out a dirty bowl and someone had also put one to the side also. The small shrimp were frozen into a clump of ice and shrimp. Food was sprawled on the serving line and some items were empty. Only one side of the oils, was full the other side was empty. I told my waitress and she assured me everything would be replenished. After 30 minutes we gave up. They never cleaned the line or replenished anything. The cashier/ waiter never came back with my refill of water. When I told the cashier he apologized and said they had been very busy. The owner immediately came over and started yelling at me about making trouble and she was doing the best she could. She got down right ugly and I told her I would not be coming back and she said fine.Oh by the way, did i mention the stack of dirty dishes (bus boy pan) sitting on a table near the grill. Worst experience I have ever had a restaurant. I will not be going back and I WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone.

If you love mongolian grill, keep driving. The food is on par with others, but that isnt my complaint. The arbitrary, charge for leftovers is F***ing extortion. My girl and I went there for lunch, all the money I had on me was $30. I figured for two people we were o.k. I was wrong. We both had them cook two bowls, neither of which were overflowing, barely to the top. Lunch menu claimed it was $11. Per person. About halfway through our meal we noticed in comically small writing that there would be a charge for leftovers or overfilling your bowls, no specific amount was listed. My girlfriend ate about half of hers and I stuffed myself because I didnt want to be short on the money. When we got the check the total bill was $34. The Total should have been around 25. I tried to explain my position to the woman working at the counter, but she outright refused to change the bill and demanded that I leave my identification and some other shopping that we had gotten before lunch. I have never been as humiliated and infuriated while eating at a restaurant in my entire life. I strongly urge anybody that reads this to pass this story along to your friends and family and boycott this restaurant for the good of customer service and doing what is honest and right as a business.

Redemption was the supportive staff that cooked and waited on our table. However, this was my first time. My lovely friend suggested here. We arrived before 3pm for the lunch special pricing. To make sure we received that price up front we showed the time on our cell phone. The older woman abruptly told us we could get one helping instead of returning since she was changing over the buffet for dinner. So we grabbed our bowels. Upon going to the counter to have it cooked we were scolded in front of everyone for taking too much. It was rude and uncalled for. My friend said you know I come here all the time and Ive never wasted food. The woman continued her condescending yelling tirade. Had the nice man not been cooking the order we would have walked out. Worse, the reply to not coming back was good, go, this is the only Mongolian Grill here. The food is ok. The meat is typical frozen pieces, standard vegetables. The place only had a few customers. I wont be returning. I told them it was my first time here. However Ive been to Mongolian Grills before and received kinder professional service. I wont suggest this place given the tirade from the older woman. Which is a shame because the other two staff members were resilient despite her emotional outbursts.

Literally, if I could give this restaurant zero stars, that is what I would do. New to Lacey, I was looking for some really good Chinese take out. Unfortunately, we never got to sample the food because the customer service was so horrible. I ordered delivery from viewing the menu on line. The first issue is that the prices on line do not match what you are charged but, I was given my total and authorized the charges. However, when the delivery guy came, my card had been charged about ten percent more than what I authorized. Which, if the restaurant had provided a valid response, could have been acceptable. But, this is not the case. The lady was belligerent, yelled at me that I lived outside of her delivery area and she was charging me extra, then hung up on me. Wow. Worst customer service ever. Even though we were starving, I sent the food back and asked for a refund because I simply will not provide business to anyone who treats customers that way. In reading the other reviews, it looks like the restaurant was great about 3-5 years ago, but since then has mostly received 1 star ratings due largely to the very rude woman with awful customer service.
