Convenient location for those that live between Downtown and Juanita. I like the neighborhood atmosphere, and the food is pretty good. I do NOT understand how the service is so poor though. Especially for a place thats marketing themselves as a "local" place. Once you get your food youll never see the waitress again and you have to literally get up and track down someone to get your check. This isnt just a one time experience too, Ive been there 4 times and everytime theyve neglected me after giving me my food. I really wish I could frequent this place more often but the fact that they simply ignore you is inexcusable to me. Last time I was there the two tables next to me had the same problem and the couple to my right was saying if they had to wait any more they were just going to leave. Completely unacceptable service. Food and location is good though. Expect to go up to the bar/counter everytime you want to leave though.

Great neighborhood find. Food is superb. Ambiance is a bit like a flipped house, but good enough to serve its purpose. Only thing holding it back from a five star review is that I wish the owners would spend some money redoing be bar to match the feel of the rest of the restaurant. If the neighborhood had a bar that felt a bit more cozy and refined, Id find myself there far more often. All around, a great new place in an underserved corner of Kirkland with great potential.

The food was great and matched the price in terms of quality. My server was did fine but seemed a little too routine. Often times she would leave my table without me having a chance to finish saying something (it felt like she cut me off by walking away as opposed to verbally interrupting me). Overall good first dining experience here. If I could recommend a new appetizer it might be the pulled pork from the bbq pork sandwich mixed with some fries.

Okay. All the fried food was great ( fried green beans - yum! ) and the stroganoff was good. The atmosphere was lacking and they are still using the old furniture from the previous establishment. Table had a layer of "something" on it so think people carved shapes and graffiti in it. Additionally they were out of 3 menu items. Probably best for happy hours.

Honestly they may have just had an off night (especially based on the other reviews). Waited 45 minutes for my food, only to have it arrive at room temperature. Someone else I was with had a portion of their order never come. Food was decent, cant tell if I will give this place another chance

Our favorite go-to dinner date! The food is simply elegant and consistently perfectly prepared. Nothing flashy here, just a great menu and superb quality. The brunch is also excellent -- make it a weekly ritual.

We have been coming here for breakfast for a few weeks now. They have a shaded huge outdoor eating area and really amazing food. The quality on food is a step up. Try the goat cheese and roasted tomato omelet.
