Everything in downtown Redwood City closes fairly early, which can be frustrating (9/10pm). Luckily, 840 is just a stones throw away, and is open late. The drinks are strong and inventive, and Kanec the bartender is friendly and so much fun to strike a conversation with! Definitely give this place a try, especially since prices here are the most reasonable Ive seen in this area.

Nice atmosphere;the bartenders are very attentive & polite.......food & cheeses are very good indeed;all the way around a nice place to come & chill;have a private party even to watch football or a UFC fight.....come by & see for yourself you wont be disappointed!!!!!!!!
