If I could give Tandem, Chef Bradly and His Wife Lisa "10 Stars" I would. Let me start by saying I had heard both the service and food were inviting, so I was expecting a good thing here. But much to my surprise, that would be an understatement. It was a Great Thing - beginning with the greeting, genuine smiles are easily noted, but when they are smizing “Smiling with the eyes as well” you feel their intention. The service is gracious like you are more than guests, the atmosphere pleasant and warm, like being at a dinner party at a family members home. The decor enticing and winsome, a culminating blend of down home Southern Living melded perfectly with Sonoma. The collective ambiance fills you with the sense of the owners inner self and draws you in. The service was gracious and forthcoming, not fake, you can tell the staff here is treated as an extension to Bradly an Lisa family. The food Amazing the best crab cakes I have had in 50 yrs and the steaks, lets just say John Howie has nothing on this place. The deserts are akin to those home made by your grandmother from years long ago, still remembered but never duplicated. The best part.... wait for it. They will not offer you a to-go box? What you say? I say no, they will not. Instead they will put your tablings on a clean plate, wrapped well and thank you for coming only to invite you back with a promise that you shall remember to bring back your plate. That went a long way for me. Would I recommend you come see for yourself. 100% yes but I will do one better. Gather up 10 friends or family members and take them with you. It will be worth it, because the wine selection is excellent. I know I will be coming back, I have a plate to return, more wines to sample and more memories to share with others. My husband and I dined at Tandem last night for our anniversary and both of us gushed over the entire experience. The food was AMAZING and so was the service!!! My husband had been once before with folks from work and loved the place so he suggested we dine here for our anniversary. He gave Lisa, co-owner and hostess, a budget and told her to surprise us. So incredibly delicious! Wine pairings, courses, everything! Best crab cakes ever! Had the halibut and hubby had the porterhouse. OMG! Too stuffed to finish everything so asked for to go bag. Lisa said they dont do to go containers because she sends folks home with their wrapped dinner plate and tells them to bring it back next time!! Enjoying the leftovers for lunch now. :) She was the sweetest hostess-attentive, affectionate, warm. Made us feel at home! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Tandem Wine Bar has got to be one of the most amazing hideaways in the area! The room was filled with laughter and an overwhelming sense of comfort. Lisa and Brad have really created something special here! The champagne was an amazing beginning to what would be one of the absolute best meals that I may have ever had. We started with the crab cakes and moved on to the main course, I had the Tandem Signature Filet, which was absolutely cooked to perfection. My date had the Butternut Squash Ravioli that is just too good for any words that I can come up with. We finished with the bread pudding, which is Lisas family recipe. We ended the night drinking delicious "adult" coffee by the fire pit and talking to new friends. Overall, this was like being in a different word, right in Woodinville. I highly recommend coming here for any reason.

Wife and I loved this place when they were in Bothell. We were disappointed when we thought they had closed down, and equally thrilled to learn that they re-opened in their new AMAZING location in the heart of Woodinville wine country. We went in recently to check it out. Saw the same management who were, as usual, so warm, so welcoming. We joked about how we had thrown out some gift certifIcates when they were closed down. We had no proof and no expectations. They came back to the table and said theyd honor the certs!! Could it believe it. The server that took care of was lovely. The menu is large and has great variety. Local organic emphasis. Craft cocktails. Of course, great wine. WE ARE LIFERS. Love this place.

A lot of potential but not there yet. Wait time from very very small over priced side salad was over 30 min. Only 1 "chef" in the back. Advise to pay for a helper in the kitchen so the stress of the orders dont get to you. $12.00 for a side salad which was a few leaves does not warrant the price. ... bread should be served warm, not cold. No other drinks than wine, straight spirits and water. No beer in bottles or mixers Owners, you are missing out on opportunity. Not enough to make us want to go back.

Come for the amazing food, stay for the service that treats you like family! Went here with my family and got an amazing meal. Got the cheese plate, clams, and brie to start, and my husband and I got the surf and turf and halibut saltimbocca. Everything was incredible. Make sure to get the risotto on the side! The wine list is extensive and the servers will walk you through everything. Definitely worth the price for the quality and experience.

I loved it. My Sweetie and I stopped by for a light dinner and sat outside. Immediately we felt incredibly welcomed and our server was absolutely stellar. I havent felt so well taken care of in a long, long time. It was a lovely summer evening, the crab cakes were divine, and I discovered a new cab franc I adore. Win-win-win. Cant wait to go back.

Horrible. Things were extremely slow, and the food was both over and under-cooked. Service was poor, with the co-owner/wife trying to put a good face on things while arguing with her husband, presumable the "chef" though the food made me cringe to use that as a descriptor for him. Hidden charges, poor service, and bad food... well never go back.

Lisa will personally call all the other wineries to be sure they are open to the public. Genuinely... if you are in this area, come here for the first stop and the last.

Always a friendly family atmosphere from the owner. If you cant find a wine you like, Lisa will probably eat her shoes. Food is fantastic with the best crab cakes and pork chop around.
