Title says it all- I am not KOREAN but read on. I arrive at around 10pm. They are not too busy, but not slow either. The waiter sits us in the corner, near the front. Around 10:20, he comes and ask if anyone has taken our order. No one has so he takes our order. A group of six koreans walk in around this time. He gives them roughly five minutes, and takes their order. He returns about 5 minutes later with their side dishes, Another group of five Koreans walk in. We, still not having our side dishes wait patiently as he comes to give us our portion AFTER giving the first group theirs. He takes the order of the second group. BOTTOM LINE, 45 minute pass and BOTH groups get their food and side dishes, leaving us with cold side dishes waiting for our main meal. Left this place and Will never return. POOR SERVICE. POOR FOOD (Side dishes were horrible, wheres the KIMCHI?) Grade: F-

Asked for more side dish and the server said they were out of it. Saw the table next to us getting served with side dish theys said they were out of. Why LIE? Also owner on a review said bossam will come quicker and I think that is a LIE, I got mine after the tofu soup and I asked where is my bossam, thats when they brought it. Over priced compare to taste and servers are definitely not friendly. Never go again. I am a Korean and side dishes are meant to be served on request but LYING about it even got me more disappointed.

If youre looking for a good spot for Korean anjoo (bar food) in Federal Way, then look no further. The interior is clean and their service is prompt. They have the Korean service buttons as well to call your server over any time you need them. The bossam aka steamed pork (보쌈) is a must get. It comes with a perfectly ripe kimchi that pairs perfectly with the pork. The cheese donkatsu aka cheesy fried pork cutlet (치즈 돈까스) is a solid choice too. Be sure to keep the soju and/or beer flowing, and enjoy the great food.

me and my three friends ordered the food and while we were waiting, we saw other customers that came in before usget their food. we thought it was weird but we were patient. after waiting for 45 minutes i went up to the front desk and humbly told the woman there that we havent gotten our food yet and she didnt even look at me and said "ok" dismissedly. very rude. we finally got our food an hour later and it wasnt worth the wait. the server was nice but i wont be coming back.

Dont go here for the side dishes or service! Even worse, dont go on a Fri or Sat night after 9pm! You will be waiting for 30-40mins minimum for your food. Not very friendly, mainly Korean clientele, which the other reviewer noted, they will get preferential treated. If you can deal with the above, the main dishes are delicious and could be worth the trade-off..

Fletcha369 was very accurate about it. I concur! Side dish was not impressive, service was ok, not too bad, not great either. However, the main dish was delicious and worth 5 star.

Awesome food! Pretty much everything on the menu is good. Also, I would recommend the carbonated rice wine (to everyone 21+).
