I suggested to a friend that we meet there for lunch today because I had been there a few times with my son and his family and knew the food and the service there was good, friendly and affordable. It was my friends first time, though. I was detained and instead of getting there at 1:30 it was a little after 2:00. I noticed there were not many people there, but just thought we had missed the crowd. My friend is going thru a difficult time in her life right now and I hoped to encourage her over a good lunch in a comfortable place. A few times during our conversation, she was in tears and was so thankful to have someone to "unburden" with. Partly because of where we were sitting, and partly because we were so engrossed in our conversation, I did not even notice that an employee had stacked the chairs on all the tables in the main dinning room and was cleaning the floors. That is, I did not notice until we got up to leave the restaurant... around 3:30. As we walked out the door I looked at their posted hours. They were supposed to close at 2:30!!! We had stayed one whole hour after their closing time!!! I had no idea that they closed at that time! I was so embarrassed! HOWEVER, NOT ONE TIME did ANYONE say anything to us about staying so long. NOT ONE TIME did ANYONE make us feel rushed or that we were being a bother!! EVERYONE was so kind! When I saw their closing time on the door, I could see our sweet little waitress cleaning off our table. I "mouthed" to her that I was SO SORRY and that I didnt know!! She just sweetly smiled and "mouthed" back to me, "No problem". I really liked Bisquits Cafe before. However, because of their kindness when to us when they had the right to point out to us that they were closed, they continued to serve us and treat us as if we were someone special, they are NOW the #1 restaurant in my book and I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen! Thank you so much... not only for the DELICIOUS FOOD and FAST, FRIENDLY SERVICE, but also for show kindness in a world where you dont often see it! May God bless you and prosper your business! D. Went in on a Saturday at 12 noon, there was a line outside as usual, we put our name on the list, and waited about 10 minutes outside. I went in to see how much longer, and was told about 15-20 minutes. I looked around and saw at minimum 6 empty tables, and about just as many groups of people waiting around. I decided if they cant figure out how too seat people, then maybe I should try another place. Unfortunate but I cant wait for empty tables. I know it may be a small business sense and they arent in a rush, but if you have empty tables, multiple empty tables, and people waiting, seat them, and at least get the drinks coming, and if it is a staffing issue, well then you should really pay attention too your hours of operation and when people are going to be there, its a Saturday at a breakfast/lunch place, your gonna be slammed.. Plan accordingly

This place is yummy! We went on a Thursday afternoon and it wasnt busy at all. The waitress (Jenni) was so nice and accommodating (we asked for a side of strawberries and she was more than happy to bring some for my daughter). She was attentive and friendly. Never once caught her without a smile. The prices fit for the HUGE portions you get. We had breakfast foods so Im not sure what the lunch / dinner portions are like. The ONLY negative comment I have would be the uneven knife cuts on things like onions , peppers and tomatoes. (I had the kielbasa scramble). But its not enough of a negative for me to take away a star! The biscuits are SO yummy. And fluffy. I cant say enough good things about this place. We will be back. Thanks Jenni!!

First of all I have been there a few times in the mornings, afternoon, bothe weekends and and weekdays. All these time there is some parked in the Handicap spot that has no Handicap License Plate or Placard. I have brought this to the attention of the staff and they just agree with me, I realize they have no control over the parking but they could bring this to the attention of the Strip Mall Management. Also, there counter is right by the 1 Handicap spot. It rather frustrating, my wife walk with I walker but still cannot walk that far. The food isnt bad and the coffee is REALY STRONG. It like curb appeal, in that the beginning expereince is not good you are looking for the other things that could possible be wrong or wrong to you.

Well worth the wait! My husband and I stopped in at Biscuits during their peak hours (Sundays at noon) and wound up on a waitlist for about 15-20 minutes. The place was packed but the servers were on their A-game. Our (giant) coffee mugs were kept full while we waited for our order and the free wifi kept us entertained during the wait. The food was fantastic! I ordered the apple cinnamon french toast and my husband had the daily special (a Denver scramble). Everything was delicious and spot on. We never felt rushed and our server was incredibly attentive. I would definitely recommend Biscuits to anyone in the area.

They have excellent food, but only if you dine in. We have ordered through Uber Eats twice now and have had our orders cancelled both times. This last time we ordered the night before to ensure that our food would be delivered, only to have the food made, sit at their restaurant for 20 minutes and have our order cancelled because they turn off their Uber deliveries during their peak times. I would strongly suggest that they discontinue to utilize Uber Eats if they cannot fulfill their orders. Time to head to the kitchen and make breakfast that I shouldnt have had to this morning.... Thanks Biscuits Cafe.

So, as much as I would love to not get more people to show up here at my favorite b-fast place in Fed Way, Biscuits, and its great cast of regular servers and wait staff are awesome. Consistent, fun, servings are large maybe too large (but I always seem to find the strength to eat it all) everyday. The menu might not be as inventive (anyone else have the privilege of breaking fast at the bumblebee cafe now defunct?) as I would hope but its got the classics, and the do them well. Loyalty program is nice for those of us who eat out too often.

The food was really good. And the portion size was good compared to the price. Was seated right next to the kitchen. But the thing that bothered me the most was that no one had a hair net on,not the chefs(well two of them were bald but the one guy whi did have hair, wasnt wearing one either) or the servers who were going back n forth in the kitchen. One of the girls had like hip length hair n n toed it in to a pony tail. It was kinda bothering me alot. The servers were heating up the toast n had no gloves on. I didnt like that at all.
