Left me sitting at the drive thru speaker for 5 whole minutes without saying anything. Shake machine was broken (only reason I actually came), asked for a medium mango smoothie instead and the person on the other end sat there in silence for another several minutes. I asked if they got that and they then asked if I wanted to order a smoothie instead. Talk about dense staff. Ps. Im writing this from the drive thru

I will only go for the breakfast and they never even attempt to warm or toast the croissanwich, it is always cold. Tater totes are always undercooked and way over salted. And twice now I have been given decaf coffee when I asked for regular suffering a massive headache for the staffs incompetence.

Every time poor coustomer service, they cant even make a burger with pics and instructions made several calls to corporate office comp me meals retrained staff still the same this is why they make 11 per hour even in the bay area

Its BK! What isnt there to love??? Food was good and they had some pretty cool "trial foods". The only thing I dont like about it is that it could use an update inside. It looks like the old school dirty BKs from the 80s.
