Horrible customer service! Horrible first experience and ONLY experience! I wish I could give this place 0 stars for customer service. ALSO if you ask for a refund on something they messed up, they will give you a lot of attitude and will give you the refund in 4 days!!!! Placed a delivery order to my job site in Redwood City, for a coworker of mine. I had never eaten here so when the receipt on the bag had the correct order I didnt check the contents of the bag (MY MISTAKE) the order was more than half INCOMPLETE!! The restaurant was already closed so I emailed them the night of about the issue and asked for a refund on the items that werent sent. I checked my email at 5pm the next day and saw I had not received a reply so I called and explained to the guy on the phone about the issue. He had replied with, " Oh yeah I know about your issue." (First strike on customer service, they didnt bother to send an email stating they were at least looking into the issue.) After about 20 minutes of arguing with the guy on the phone and him saying "its easier if you just get the food that was missed instead of the refund." (Keep in mind I had already told him I dont live in Redwood City and had never eaten there). He stated that the order was incomplete due to them being extremely busy. (2nd strike) I asked the guy how long would it take them to process the refund, he replied with I dont know because you are asking for more than 10$ worth so I have to speak with the owner and I dont know how long it will take. He had the nerve to make the comment I know youre pinching for money, we all are.... (3rd strike, I care about the refund because I am not one to give away FREE money to ANYONE). It is now 3 days later and I get an unprofessionally written email about the issue they are now looking in to BUT no refund yet. It is now 4 days later and got the refund for the food and they kept the tip I had given the driver!!! NEVER HAVE I EVER DEALT WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT!! THEY ARE NEVER GETTING ANY OF MY SERVICES.

1st time I order from this place. I made a phone order for a large pizza half pepperoni half convo. The girl who took my order was very unpleasant, she said my pizza was gonna arrive in 15 minutes wich I thought it was great, after 40minutes of waiting I de side to call again and the same girl answer she couldnt give me a status of my order and when I asked her if the driver had my phone number to called me when they get here he replied with an "I dont know I mean..." (the first time I called she didnt asked for a name or phone number) I asked her to make shure the driver would call when they arrive bc I live on a duplex and would have to come outside and she responded with the "I guess sure". The driver was ok so we tipped him (knowing this wasnt his fault) the food was okay slices were super thin as well as the crust and very bad cut but I mean thats ok. This place its alright not very professional and the delivery estimate isnt accurate. Theyr food isnt supper delish and tasty like other places Ive been so I personally will order from somewhere else the next time.

Recommendation: Dont waste your time or money It started great then became poisonous and gross. 5 orders, 1 edible over 3 months. Is the owner out of town? Retired? What happened since the first great pizza? Yesterday I returned a take out order of Lasagna. I asked for manager, this fellow, "Ramone" declared he was the Owner, yet, refused to give a last name. I was given cash from the till for part of the order, without taxes and no receipt after using a credit card. Willly Nilly on the till is bad enough, telling me that spaghetti with 1 oz of cheese melted on top is "thats our style" is followed with, "... If you dont like dont come back" Crap food, crap business model. The first pizza was AMAZING. Every item since has been CRAP. I can say, by my experience, the kitchen is corrupt, the till is loose, and the owners are negligent or absent. Present staff is relying on reputation, which they have exploited. There are many other, and much better restaurants in this area.

Everything was just, meh. We ordered through Yelp, and loved the menu options. Prices werent bad, and we were happy that they offered delivery. We placed our order around 7p and estimated delivery was 7:56p; not exactly speedy. The delivery driver was friendly, and almost on point with the time estimate. The pizza was just, ok. We chose their Mexican pizza and Pancetta con garlic. There honestly wasnt a lot of flavor for what we thought would be robust ingredients. The crust also just wasnt very good, or flavorful, and there wasnt even browning on the crust (some spots were charred beyond what would normally be acceptable, to me). I wouldnt oppose eating this pizza again if it was at an event or given to me, but I wouldnt seek it out and wait an hour to get it again.

They really know how to do their Italian food. Most places around the bay area claim to be authentic, but half of those arent. Prontos pizza sits with the rest. The other half of authentic Italian restaurants in the bay. I order to deliver the Linguine seafood pasta and deep fried calamari on GrubHub every Friday. The minimum delivery fee is $25. In total they both cost $27.80, but the food is worth every penny. I cannot describe how fresh their seafood is and how delicious the calamari is. I never go hungry when I order from prontos, the left-overs are just as delicious as the day it was delivered.

This is a fantastic pizza place. They also have great calzones and piadines too!! We lived in the area for a while and ordered from them regularly. The in-house seating has more of a diner feel, and wouldnt quite work for a date or celebration. But man, are their pizzas great. They were well-priced and the folks behind the counter are smiling and helpful. I strongly recommend this place.

Love this pizza - it really is cooked in a wood oven. Was originally owned by Empire Tap Room but now is privately owned. Calzones, sandwiches, caesar salad, but especially the pizza is terrific! Try the Pomodori pizza, its terrific. Delivery is a great option but I also enjoy eating there too - except it is small and there always seem to be small children.

Great pizza, calzones, sandwiches...actually just try anything on the menu! They are very dependable and delivery is very fast and efficient. And they deliver small bottles of wine! Whats not to love! Give them a ring or stop by their Redwood City location on El Camino and have a taste! You wont regret it!

the pizza is Excellent! I love pronto pizza it is the best pizza it is so good I eat pizza there it is so good that I put 5 stars if you compare mountain mikes with pronto pronto the winner is pronto next time if you want eat pizza please try to go to pronto pizza it is a pizza you have never ate
