We used to go here alot for meals; but its dwindled down to about once a month due to economy. Now I dont think well be returning for a long time if ever after the poor service weve received the last 2 times weve visited. Yesterday we stopped by for dinner and the waitress who took our order just looked like she was in a horrible mood. Then our food took quite awhile to come out- but it was cooked fairly wel tho the waitress pretty much ignored us. Buzz Inn is suppose to have bottomless fries- so we asked for 1 more order to split. We heard the bell rung as the cook put the fries up... then watched them sit there for the next 10 mins as the waitresses ignored them and us. When we got them finally they were no longer hot- just warm. We finished them and took off. The service there is no longer welcoming or even helpful- and could definitely use a smile, or at least not a scowl. Watch out and avoid the waitress with long black hair and angry facial expression.

I went to this Buzz inn for dinner with my 2 sisters we received the worst customer service that we have ever had. We were never offered refills and it took more than a 1/2 hour for someone to take our order. Our food was discussing .... one of my sisters and I ordered the blue cheese bacon burger and it had no blue cheese on it and when we brought it to their attention they charged us for the blue cheese. The bread was old and dry and the fries were only half cooked. The bloody mary mix was sour and tasted awful it also came without garnish. We were in the bar when this took place !!! We will never go back to this particular restaurant again. We have always enjoyed the Buzz inn but the one at 9910 Evergreen Way in Everett is not like the others.

Horrible service Ive been coming to this place for 20+ years. Tonite was te most horrible service Ive ever gotten. Amy our waitress took about 10 minutes to even get to our table. It wasnt because of customers, it was fairly empty (I wonder why), but she was cleaning tables and generally milling around. I ordered my steak Medium as I always do, It finnally arrived and it was WELL DONE. After getting her attention (5 or so minutes) I sent it back. 20-25 min later I finally told them to just forget it. She never checked on us ever, not once did I see her. I have no idea whether the steak was ready or not. I wont be back again. She even had to audacity to charge me for my Soda.

Heard a lot of hype about buzz inn but obviously they werent talking about this one. The hamburger tasted like frozen cheap patties u would buy at $5 a bag terrible quality not to mention the fries were covered in what tasted like celery salt and cost me $12. We wanted service which is why we went to a restaurant but no after sitting waiting for service they tell us to stand up and order at counter they only do full service after 4p SERIOUSLY! Terrible experience.

Great place to go for breakfast or brunch on game day. They have TVs and some Wi-Fi, although the Breakfast was the best ever! I ordered a Waffle (With Strawberries), 2 pieces of bacon and some scrambled eggs. The fact that if you want Whip Cream on your waffle, they give you the whole bottle to work with! Bacon was thick-cut and the eggs could use a little bit more flavor. Overall, this was an excellent breakfast! I will definitely be coming back...

Thursday, July 10th 1:51 p.m. Great lounge with awesome service. Super friendly and efficient bartender. Pool tables, big screens, good music, pull tabs, and a crazy collection of hats on the ceiling! This is my first time at this location & I dig it totally. Well be back for sure :) specials I noticed upon walking in were country fried steak meal for $9.99 and a bucket with 5 coronas for $15

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat during lunch. The place was nice, clean and inviting. Sat ourselves in the lounge, our server, she was on point. Our food was good, the atmosphere was somewhat quite... Service put the 4th star up. They should really fix their exterior downspout... Its missing altogether. When I left, was raining and the gutter system was splashing water everywhere....

I will never go back to this Buzz Inn. Absolute shame should fall up this place. Took way to long for our server to even come to the table for drink and food order. Dinners were wrong and then, again took to long for the new food to arrive. Server (Amy) never checked back to see if she could do anything or to see if we needed anything. HORRIBLE

Stood by the front door waiting for someone to acknowledge and seat us for 10 minutes, sat at our table waiting for our server for 20. Getting up and walking out to go get dinner. I had told my husband this was the final chance I was giving this place before we even came here, and I was right. This place and their servers are awful.

I loved the good. Burgers are great. Met a friend there,who unfortunately we met in jail at 50 years old.We both got out and met for lunch a day after release"as we where hungry in jail one night,craving the mushroom onion burger at BUZZ IN. It was worth the wait. But we will wait someplace else next time. As no more jail ever

If you want a cheap late breakfast this is a good place to go. Their cocktails are terrible but the food is good. The waitress is usually really great however we had one the other day that probably gave us the worst service Ive ever had. Been there twice since then and havent seen her again so thats good.

Waitress wasnt paying as close enough attention as she in my opinion should...guy next go us ordered a chicken wrap..cane out as a chicken sandwich and she didnt notice til he said something...I asked for a salad not coleslaw..got coleslaw anyway she didnt seem to notice til she put my plate on my table

12.3.16 - 5pm The service was great, but the food has only gotten worse. The prime rib was freezer burned, and the "crispy chicken sandwich" was tiny warmed breaded chicken strips on a huge ciabatta roll. Its disappointing because Buzz Inn USED to be good, and my favorite place...until tonight

The staff here are friendly. The food is decent. The is a good local breakfast restaurant. A lot of retired folk enjoy this place as well. They have a lounge next door for later in the day, as well as decent steak prices. I have a work group who frequent this establishment often.

I ordered a Medium rare sirloin steak with mash potatoes and fries. when the steak came out it was nothing like medium rare, it was more like a well done. Besides that, the steak was also dry and chewy. I may come back for a second chance but first experience wasnt that great.

Really need to work on customer service!! When we ask to sit down with a cup of coffee to look over menu and are told to just order coffee when we are ready for food only leads us to believe you dont need the business! Cant review the food because we ate somewhere else.
