I swear one of the requirements to work here is you have to be grumpy and rude. I literally believe if that is a requirement. My food is absolutely totally and completely never the way I order it, its always wrong! Despite the fact that its one of two restaurants thats open late if not 24 hours in the area they staff to people overnight. When to cook the food whos even grouchier than the one that is the cashier. I dont understand why the food is consistently wrong. Im not talking something simple and easy Im talking fundamental like ordering a hamburger and getting a chicken burger. Ordering a burger and telling them youre allergic to onions so they put extra onions on it. Their newest ploy even if its their fault for messing up they make you drive around the building again and wait in line to fix the mistakes that they made. The management is absolutely worthless and doesnt help with anything. More than once even though Ive never ever work at a fast food restaurant, Ive literally had to tell the employees how to operate their machinery. Like the soda fountain. What bugs me the most is the food is extremely expensive compared to the quality and if I order something with extra whatever and literally pay sometimes $2 extra I expect the item I ordered to a different had I not added the extra item period yet employees have literally argued with me..... Im not kidding literally hostelly arguing with me about what I ordered and how I ordered it even though at the time of the order this green reflected the way I wanted it to be served to me. When time my husband asked for strawberry jam with his breakfast sandwich when ordering by the time he pulled around to pay miraculously they dont carry strawberry jam . My husband is very kind sweet human being these people actually called the police oh my husband over strawberry jam and the fact that my husband decided he was so disgusted with her service that he wanted his money back and they refused and then called the police . In the middle of the day its not like he was the only one around in the middle of the night and he was hostile . No 11 oclock on Wednesday . The employees even argued with a police officers when the officer demanded that they return my husbands money. Unfortunately because if you want to eat late at night there are such few options I am literally stuck with this place. I have gone all the way to corporate expressing my absolute disgust with this Jack and the Box and nothing ever changes. Seriously stay home and make your own food its not worth it.

These idiots didnt put cheese on a burger that has w cheese in the name, we go back get cheese and when we go to ear they also added onions when we specified no onions because my gf has an oniion allergy...WORST JACK IN THE BOX IN THE WORLD! Its not like you have to have a doctorate to make burgers at a fast food chain bit maybe that should be a new hiring requirement. Your better off going to winco down the road and eat a can of dog food cause at least then youll know your getting whats on the label

Got a grilled chicken salad for my grandson and I. It was delicious! I was full for the next few hours and didnt even have to run to the toilet like I normally do after eating fast food! (Mcdonalds always ruins my Depends)The night worker is always fast and friendly when I go through when Im a little tipsy off the old hooch! Gina is a true Hispanic beauty! I wouldnt mind getting in her box (if you catch my drift) Anyway, great job young men and women!

I went to get breakfast it was a large order and the guy could not get it right when I bought it to his attn he told me to see my receipt which he never gave me and then when I got home the order was still wrong this guy had attitude and was ready to argue with me worst service ever and then he told me to go back online for his mistake this is poor service There needs to be a solution because I go there a lot !

I came in the morning and I ordered my sandwiches and I gave her my card and before she makes the sandwiches my card was declined shes said you cannot cancel your order and she was yelling in front of all the customers and she doesnt know English they should not name it Jack-in-the-Box they should name it Jack Rude customer service

The service here is absolutely amazing - something I wouldnt expect at a fast food restaurant. There is a manager who works there who makes the fast food experience feel not so "fast-foody." The food, however, is just like any other Jack in the Box, although I must say their fries are really good!

Lived next to this place for 10yrs and have seen a lot of turnover. Right now they seem to have a good crew because the food is right. Good stuff. Much better than the JITB on 44th & 196th. They are rude and quite frankly, inept.

Good quit, clean, and the drive through is open 24 hrs. a day. The doors open at 6:00 am. They were thinking about opening the doors @ 5:00 am. Theres a little sports bar next to it if you want a drink.

Extremely understaffed they need much more workers. The people who do work there are even worked very hard and with high stress to keep the drive thru time down. Waited 15 minutes for a tea

This place is slowly getting better. I work right next to this jack in the box so Im there a lot. Sometimes my order gets messed up but they are nice enough to fix it.
