Horrible! I ordered a Create Your Own Omelette with a side of "fresh fruit". The omelette looked good. Then I bit into it and noticed it tasted sweet. I started to dissect it and found that they put a pancake INSIDE my Omelette. Not even a whole one, just sparingly throughout which makes me think they dont clean the grill as often as they should. (And, since I cant have any gluten, due to my allergies, they ruined my entire day and meal plans because now I have to essentially "detox" by body... Anywho, after I scrapped that omelette,I thought there might be hope with the "fresh fruit". I open the "fresh fruit" container and the pineapple looked dried out, almost plastic like. I showed my coworker and she said she wouldnt eat it.Well, needless to say, I scrapped that too... So, after waiting about 45 minutes after placing a to-go order for our order to be ready, the food was miserable and my experience with this establishment will go no further than this review. Do NOT waste your money. You wont get what you order... I am sincerely disappointed.

We stopped and had a decent meal, but this was a corporate meal...I had to get multiple issues fixed and the food didnt look like the menu picture. It tasted fine fortunately our waiter was willing to fix issues and at first looked a bit surprised that we had an issue, but he worked hard to go above and beyond and was tipped accordingly as I know these issues are a corporate failing and not his. The surprised look on his face made me think it was abnormal for someone to ask for good value for money and to hope they got what they ordered. It made me wonder is that the customer base they retain? This chain could use a facelift and the understanding that if your going to be in business in loads of cities you still need to compete against the 1 off locals who are providing a much better product and consistency. Our server is the only reason this review is not a 1 or 2 star failure!

We just visited this location for the first time and will not come back! Food was good but service was terrible! We sat in the back right corner. 15 min had passed and we had not even been addressed by our server. 3 servers kept walking to the tables around us and we got ignored. One of them looked at me and as soon as we made eye contact he looked away. This guy was wondering around too! Like there was no one to be served. Two tables were seated after us and they were taken care of before we were even acknowledged. To top it off when we finally are acknowledged they didnt even apologized! Needless to be said we wont be returning and do not recommend it to anyone.

Please accept my gratitude to your waitstaff for their patience and respectfulness. I listened for several hours to the concerns of a troubled veteran last Saturday (Oct 8th, 16). Our waiter, then waitress at shift change, were very kind and respectful of our conversation. Without being asked, they seated incoming patrons far enough from us that we were comfortable speaking openly. They kept our water full and our coffee hot, and were ready to take our lunch order when we were ready. Very classy human beings. Went to IHOP for free pancake day this morning with a friend. Ordered two free stacks of pancakes, I ordered a side of eggs and potatoes. My friend ordered a side of sausage and hash browns. Suzanne then brought us our food, handed me a side of eggs and my friend her sausage and my potatoes. When the waitress returned my friend told her she never got her hash browns. The waitress apologized brought my friend some hasbrowns and then took the potatoes off the bill yet charged her for the hash browns still. How does that work?

Me and my kids absolutly love this place! We come regularly once a month. The service is great. The waitress knows just what we want. The food is good and the atmosphere is great. This is definetly one of our favorite places to eat. And the prices agree with my budget. I get two kids meals and two meals amd the total cost for my family is about twenty dollars. Definitly one of my favorite IHOPs. My family comes hungry and leaves happy.(:

Good service. Ordered combo of breakfast (hash browns bacon and side of sliced tomatoes) and strawberry cream crepes. They had no problem replacing eggs with tomatoes and sausage links with bacon. Hot chocolates as well. Sweetened iced tea was a little strange (sweetener was odd). Otherwise quiet at 9.30pm. Server checked on us a couple of times. Food was very comforting and hot chocolates were perfect. Thanks.

Our server refused to give us a booth like we asked for, when I asked again she said "I would have given you a damn booth if i had one". The eggs tasted terribly bad, like rotten fish. When we brought that up to our waitress, she never came back to iur table once. Fiance and I both spent the last 2 days puking. DO NOT EAT HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE. TERRIBLE FOOD, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Ordered eggs benedict which was pretty disgusting. The eggs were basically hard boiled so I asked for new eggs. 10 minutes later im left with a cold plate of food with warm eggs added on top. Couldnt finish it. It was pretty nasty. I got to pay full price for a plate of food that I couldnt get through. The waitress was nice though or i would have given it less stars.

Pretty sure they purposefully understaff their shifts. Went on a regular day, several times, and every time it was quite the wait after being seated to have the order taken, and forget getting refills on drinks. But, the food is good and they put a reasonable amount of fruit on their french toast, so thats nice :)

Its an IHOP. The food is mediocre, the service is mediocre, the coffee is awful. I come here when I need an easy, inexpensive pancake fix. The original pancakes are pretty decent and reasonable in terms of calories. Its diner food and if expect that you wont be disappointed.

Gross. The service was awful, the food was awful and the server never came back to see how things were. When I told the cashier that I didnt eat my meal all I got was a sorry and no discount off of the tab. $25 for two people to eat at Ihop is ridiculous.

Courteous wait and bussing staff. Awesome pancakes and syrup in all flavors. Good parking. Can be noisy when parents dont control their children. Guess they forget its a restaurant and not public park. Not restaurants fault, just makes you think twice.

Horrible food. Biscuits are frozen and mine actually had mold spots...not good. Not only will I never return, ihops are on my boycott list after that. People that eat out expect good quality fresh made food not frozen moldy crap...beware....

I had not been an IHOP in years the food was very good the service was really good but it was so loud and crowded you couldnt even hear yourself think and the prices were really really high for breakfast food I was kind of shocked.
