They used to be so good, but really going downhill. Biggest issue -- app orders and inventory. If they dont have ingredients, they make sandwich without the missing item (and of course charge the full price) but dont tell you what they did when you pick it up. When you pay for a premium sandwich and the premium ingredient is not on the sandwich, theres a problem. First time, I contacted the company. I declined coupons for freebies that was offered; I asked only that I get what I paid for in future and was assured they would resolve this. The next order was about a month later and SAME THING HAPPENED. They are close to where I work and really like the sandwichs when made correctly, but Im through with them.

Just back from this Subway & wondering now that I see (Military) written after their name, does it assume they can screw the Military ? Got a chicken breast after asking for a turkey breast also it was an actual breast piece about 3/8" thick rather than sliced in the thinner pieces . It was so bland and dry !.. how about giving me what I ask for & if yoiu dont have it let me know ! Anyway they wraped it up & I grabbed it & took off before looking. Im usually happy with Subway but wont be back to this one .

Love this lady named Kim she made me the best sandwich Ive ever had from a subway. She seems to work in the morning. Was friendly and made sure of what I wanted. Thank you Kim! I hope you get a raise. :)

They need to fire the guy that goes two miles an hour. Some of us need to get back to work and have a timed lunch. The guy is obviously high af when hes at work.
