This was the first time my daughter and I atended this restraunt and the service was horrible!! We had a hard time understanding the menu and how the ordering works. The girl behind the counter asked us if we were ready to order. I proceeded to tell her no this is our first time here what do you recommend. And the girl just walked away. I then asked her about the pick 3 tacos and i asked is this only for the premade tacos or can i build my own. She then replied saying it says pick any 3 thats what it means. The guy at the cash register was trying to ring us up he asked us about what meats we had i told him. He must of not heard me because he then asks the girl who made our order. And she told him well if you were listening to what she told you, you would know it. The service was bad, the menu is hard to read and understand AND the food is nasty. Overall our first experience will be our last. But that girl behind the counter should be fired for how rude she was!

Drove 15 min to get there by 10:30 to get lunch before my 11:15 meeting. At 10:30 they kicked two people out and locked the door. I waited until 10:50 before I lefted. We knocked on the door and they would even look at us. The manager lefted right before 10:30. What manager would leave to do a delivery if their store wasnt ready to open or even make sure it opens on time. Hopefully kitsap mall gets involved. I know people where going to call them because they said it happens all the time. I normally wouldnt do this because Im against leaving reviews, but when an employee looks right at you when you ask if your going to opening and doesnt even say anything and turns away. Hopefully qdoba corp sees these and have a understanding they have a huge problem with this. Its happen to me in Lynwood and Everett. Maybe have your employees coming in earlier or open later!

The food variety and optional condiments are superior to Chipotle. Slightly more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Has a Coke Freestyle machine. Easy access from either the parking lot or from inside the mall. Generous seating with outlets, group seating, WiFi - from the mall- and outdoor seating with sun umbrellas. This location is still getting its feet under it, but it is far improved from when it first opened last year. I think some of the more negative employees were either canned or moved on, as my last few visits were much more positive. Qdoba also has a loyalty program and app that dont suck.

The girls need to get their attitudes in check. I go to the gig harbor qdoba all the time and the portion sizes are always consistant and quality of food is always perfect. The silverdale location is a joke, portion sizes are a half of what they should be and never consistant sometimes they are only a quarter. Chicken was burnt and the quest had a grey hue to it. Being given eye rolls and snappy attitudes when asking for more product or even questions about menu items. Ive worked food (subway) I get fast food is a crappy job but being rude to someone who is honestly being really nice to you is ridiculous.

Suuuuuuch good food. No extra charge for guac. Only problem is since they are so popular, the lines can get long and it seems like they are underataffed. Doesnt take away from the amazing food tho!
