Went here to try to pass the time while waiting for a meeting. Unfortunately, those few minutes solidified that I was unwelcome, and I wont be back any time soon. I like taking my time while making up my mind when Im at a new shop. However, when this became clear, the woman at the counter was very curt and said the lounge was for customers only. While I understand and respect that, it came across as a "polite" way of saying, buy something now or get out. She then mentioned the smaller items available for sale if I didnt want to purchase a drink. I was planning on buying both a beverage and a snack, but prefer to do so at my own pace. There was no line. As someone new to the area, I will find a friendlier shoppe to spend both my time and money.

The reason for the review is that the coffee is just not that good. (I ordered a cappuccino that tasted more like a latte). Also, I bought a muffin and upon opening it, there were spots of mold GROSS! So I went to grab a new one after alerting staff, and it turns out that all of the muffins they had were expired by several months so I just grabbed a bagel instead. The staff pulled all of the muffins after that, but you have to wonder how many people have been eating rotten muffins until I said something? Finally, the customer service was mediocre as well.

The business here is wonderful, and the employees have such great attitudes youll hardly ever catch them on a bad day. The location is a perfect place to meet with a friend and discuss business or just relax with a cup of coffee. The blend of coffee is smooth and roasted locally by ootopia and i love that they sell the coffee bean blend to you right at the shop. If you havent been in here i highly recommend it.

Ive been coming to this shop for 5-6 years, under different ownership, and have always had nothing but stellar service and good coffee. Ive have dozens of business meetings in there and enjoy the atmosphere. Had to laugh at a previous comment saying a cappuccino tasted like a latte. They are the same ingredients. A cap just has more foam on the top.

This is a quiet, comfy, high quality coffee shop. Excellent seating, great for meeting over coffee. Ive probably held a hundred interviews here, and never once had a bad experience. Staff is phenomenal, and these guys just keep improving!
