The pizza is better than most around but I dont understand why I have to wait over a hour for delivery? That is way to long for someone who lives a half mile away from your location. Other notes- Both myself and roommate have received different ingredients than listed on the menu item (pizza). We have also received a completely different pizza in place of our order. That being said, this is still good pizza. And who doesnt like surprises?

My first impression of Padrinos Pizza(delivery) was that of my 2 liter of Coke exploding all over me. This was followed by cold Mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers, which were obviously from a frozen bag and heated in a microwave. I would only suggest ordering from Padrinos if you are too drunk to get to Safeways freezer section. What a waste of money. Ive eaten better food at the hospital.

Food was okay, but what was terrible was their service. Delivery took 1 1/2 hours to get to my hotel room. Not once did anyone from this business apologize for their delay. The delivery guy didnt even apologize for being late. He just took my money and left. Terrible service. Never ordering from this business again.

I swear to god if I have to wait another hr and 30 minutes for my pizza I am not paying for it! nor am I ordering pizza from the Bellevue location either. Seattle delivers within 30 minutes. I dont see why it takes 45mins-hr or longer to get a pizza in Bellevue.

I ordered here twice. first time did a pick up, food order was wrong. called when i got home and the owner yelled at me. 2nd time I ordered the delivery guy couldnt find my house, the owner then called and yelled at me again. The food sucks too.

I just move to the area and decided to give their delivery service a try. I am pleased to report that both my roommate and myself loved the pizza, and the delivery service was quick. We will definitely be ordering takeout from Padrinos again.

The guys working there have rather thick accents, but they were very patient with me and while taking my order and made my order (pizza, pasta and side) in fifteen minutes! Very impressed with the service and the food was great!

Wrong pizza delivered. Called Manager to report the mistake, and he was absolutely rude and belligerent. He stated that he made the pizza personally, and he was certain that he was in the right. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Theyre fake and never have food ready. They had one job. I really try to be kind but the owner always snaps at me. Pizza is alright though.
