Ive been going to this place for years.. On Easter.. I called ahead because i was having a party and my son requested pizza FROM THIS PLACE.. Ive never really ever felt the need to complain.. But the service that day sucked.. They treated us with ZERO respect.. I cant believe the manager on staff KENDRICK.. Had the nerve to say "tough" when we complained that, we called ahead.. They said 30 min wait.. Got there.. Guess what.. Everyone was walking in and out with pizzas.. But us nooooo.. They told us to wait and 25.. But guess what.. After 25 minutes.. They had the NERVE to say sorry.. Another 45.. Everyone on that shift deserved to be replaced.. Smh.. Worst service at a fast food restaurant EVER!

They should not even get one star this place should be close down completely,went there yesterday and the person who handle my pizza and put them in their box was just with a mop in his hand and i waited for him to wash his hands and he didnt ,very disgusting totally broke health code violation with Osha which by the way i will have them go in and inspect that place ,never going there again,told the manager and had someone else wash their hands which i watched them do it and redo my entire order .

I called ahead to make sure I didnt have to wait, was told my pizza would be ready in 20 mins, got there in 30 and still had to wait another 45 mins. I told the manager who told me he was sorry, no offer of accommodation for my wait at a place that is supposed to have hot and ready pizza. My order was only a regular pepperoni and cheese pizza and crazy bread. Which is $5.99 here by the way. Not the standard $5 as advertised on television. Wont be going back here

Im a regular there and its disappointing to have experience the customer service provided by the cashier tonight she was so rude and disrespectful She was complaining to her co-worker about my order that she messed up she yelled at me and never apologized for HER mistake She made it seem like I was the one that messed up Surprised she even has a job usually everyone else is really nice

Horrible service took over an hour for one stuffed crust pluse people came in after me and got there food and not the hot new ready all of the people were Hispanic and spoke Spanish if you see what Im getting at.
