I went over there and ordered a couple of pizzas. I understood there would be a wait of 10-15 minutes because the one pizza was deep dish. After waiting 20 minutes off to the side, it looks like my order is done and the gal there called off my pizzas and handed them to some guy! He grabbed them up and bolted out the door. As I wait and watch to see other pizzas come out that were not mine, the gal must have noticed I was antsy and asked if I had a 3 meat pizza ordered. Once I told her no and I ordered a deep dish cheese and a reg. cheese over 20 minutes ago.. She gives me the oops, I gave your pizza away by mistake. Then tells me I need to wait for them to start from scratch and make a new one, which will be another 20 minute wait. This is the SECOND time that they have just given my special order, have to wait for it pizza away by mistake to someone else! I could only imagine how pissed off the people who took my order were because it was not the same order as mine. These people need to get their act together and work on getting the orders out to people who have been waiting.. and to give people the CORRECT order! I will not be returning back to this place!

The pizza is good enough for the price if they get your order right or even answer the phone. I called ahead and no one answered so I tried again and they picked up. I ordered two pizzas. They range me up when I got there. Showed me my pizza and which was the wrong one. I asked for the difference reimbursed but they insisted on remaking it. So I had to sit and wait while my other pizza cooled off and dried out in the warmer. I dont feel like they resolved the situation well because I was willing to take the other pizza, especially since my time costs money. Their phone has simply not worked in the past. They appear under staffed. Another time I had one gentleman take my order and he couldnt understand me and I couldnt understand him because he was ESL with a strong accent on the phone. It was comical to say the least. I normally call ahead and they tell me 10-15 min and it regularly takes longer. Over all the pizza is alright but they need someone to help them with learning what customer service is.

This is the third time I have been here, and they never have any pizzas ready. I thought their slogan was hot and ready?? Its not like they are busy when I come in. And when I mentioned to the girl working there that they never have pizzas available she just ignored me.

The girl at the counter was extremely rude, acted like I was a bother to her for wanting to order pizza. She was on her phone when I walked in. Def awful customer service making me think twice about going back

A bit slow but Im guessing they dont get many orders that arent pepperoni or plain cheese pizza. Prices are reasonable. Staff seems pretty bored and fatigued.

Long wait. She let other people get there pizzas ahead of me because i wanted crazy bread. Ridiculous. Then she had no pizzas when the crazy bread was ready

It actually closes at 8. Was counting on getting food at 8:30 since it says on here that it closes at 9:00. Change the time so its not misguiding people.

Pizza isnt the best but its a cheap and quick option when in a hurry. The deep dish pizza is better then their overs that for sure!

On more than one occasion I ordered over 60 pizzas to feed 275 people.. They were on time, hot, and tasty. Great job.
