Normally, I wouldnt complain. This store has been great every time I have gone. The employees are silly, and great to talk with. But today, an employee was there that I did not recognize. I am going to go ahead and assume she is new but she might not be. I ordered a Large Very Up-Beet with no blueberries, and carrots instead. Plus soy protein. The employee immediately questioned what kind of carrots, the chopped ones or the juice to be blended. I personally prefer the chopped ones, they have more nutrition. After I said chopped, she stared at me blankly. I asked if it is easier to use the juice, (Even though they always use chopped) and she said yes. I had to get the juice. Then at the end of the order, she calls my name... And I get a medium! Even after she charged me the $8 for my large drink. There was also no protein in it, you can tell pretty easily when there is protein in a drink. Needless to say, I was not very pleased and I should have said something right then but there was already a huge line of people. I will go back, since its the most convenient for me and they are usually really good about getting my drinks right. I just hope they train the new workers a little better as this location gets extremely busy.

I was shocked by their customer service. I love Jamba Juice , their juices are always fresh and delicious, but those kids who work at this place are the worst. I ordered tropical juice at 12.14pm and got some kind of a tropical juice/smoothie at 12.30pm. First, no it was not busy as there were two kids "working". Second, I ordered JUICE. If the juicer does not work - COMMUNICATE that with a customer, dont just expect that she forgot what she ordered. When I was asked why theyre giving me a smoothie instead of juice - they pretended that they didnt hear me and I didnt get the answer. Yes I heard them talking that the juicer didnt work properly but they supposed to tell that to me and asked if I wanted a smoothie instead.

Terrible parking, low staffed, long line of people not being helped, I asked if I could put in my rewards for 2 different orders and she said I guess and I asked well why wouldnt I if I want the points and she said I dont know in a very absent minded way and once my order was ready she never called it out. She just left it up there and when I asked if it was my order she said uhhh....yeah? Not super happy..

My favorite drink here is the starburst on the "secret" menu. Not a lot of people know about this but the secret menu has a number of drinks that arent on their normal menu. The drinks here are a bit too sweet for me but if you are looking for a smoothie that is more on the healthier side and dont mind the tart taste, then youll have to try this place.

The person at the register gave me a meat wrap instead of the Spinach and cheese wrap I ordered and explicitly checked that it would be all vegetarian and no meat. Then argued back saying I ordered a meat wrap. She changed it for the right one, but my spinach and cheese wrap was still frozen inside when I got it. Terrible way to start the day

They were very rude to me here. I was about to order a smoothie, when outside the door, someone asked me for bus money. So I first, I asked for change before ordering my smoothie. And they laughed at me and mocked me while giving me change, and I am not sure why. At least I helped the guy, but I did not go back inside to order a smoothie.

Super slow service. One girl at the counter didnt even greet or ask what I wanted or ask what she could get for me. POOR customer service if you ask me.
