Tried to order beef n broccoli...they said they were out of beef...ordered a cheeseburger instead...had ordered 3 other cheeseburgers...and one locomoco w eggs over easy...when the food was finally done..asked for sauce and he said 25c. Looked at the cheeseburgers and one had no cheese...when we asked why he said they ran out of cheese. Did not tell us until after we looked and asked why. Charged us for a cheseburger gave us a burger offeered no refund and tried to charge for sauce. Horrible customer service. And my eggs were not over easy they were done. Nothing was cooked right. Horrible customer service. As a true foody i will never bring them money again.

The food is great, but fyi we arent in Hawaii, and people have schedules to stick to...I ordered some trays for catering ahead to be picked up at opening. When I arrived the doors were still locked and the woman inside was cleaning up. When it was time to open I asked about my order, which was still being prepared by the same woman...talk about prioritizing when it matters! I literally waited for my food to be cooked, prepared, and packaged thinkin that I was good to go when it opened. #thanksbutnothanks

Good place to get food if youre really hungry. If you order correctly, you can definitely get your moneys worth. A regular chicken katsu or a musubi trio are really good values. I dont come here often but I do come and treat myself once in awhile. If youre strapped for time, call in advance... They get really busy doing the lunch hour.

The staff was friendly but I got FOOD POISONING!!! on 8/8/2014 here. Place really needs to be careful how food is prepared because food poisoning is not fun to have and can kill you. I have never had a bad experience at any L&L until now. I will never go to this location again. Restrooms where dirty and not enough seating.

Only complaint I have is the hamburger meat. Its not flavorful. Seems it was one of those purchased from Costco frozen. Even Dicks hamburger meat taste better. Though the others are good especially the mac salad.

Great food, if you havent had Hawaiian BBQ think of it like Hawaiian teriaki. IMO the chicken is the best meat on the menu but they also have several pork dishes along with beef and fried fish.

They are delicious but you always have to ask for the teriyaki sauce especially when ordering take out. Otherwise, the meal is incomplete without it. And they never put some in your bag.

I love the spare ribs here. I highly recommend them. The hawaiian style is a nice break from the Japanese/Chinese that is common for lunch around here.

Ordered a loco moco/chicken katsu combo with my eggs over easy. My egg wasnt over easy & the burger was super burnt. Rice was good though lol.
