I was just there, when I got home I realized that theyd given me the wrong item after Id waited more than fifteen minutes in the drive through for my food. When I called in to complain the manager was rude, snappy, repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to explain the issue and was just generally an unhelpful pain in the ass. Its the smallest amount of power I have seen go to someones head ever. When I asked if there was a corporate line I could call since I was unsatisfied with his resolution, he told me that since this was a franchise he could not help me. I asked then if the owner had a number I could call he said he couldnt give out that information. Then he informed me the only way I could complain was by taking the survey on the back of the bag. What a poorly run location. I will not be back and I hope they close down. They also didnt give me a receipt. UPDATE: the chicken fries I ordered are cold in the middle despite being "fresh" and the coke tastes like they ran out of syrup. SECOND UPDATE: the fries are stale and in order to do their "survey" I have to download their app.

This was the most peasantly experience the King of Burgers could have mustered. They took 25 minutes to complete an order that I had to give three times. They screwed up the order the first time, and I paid $20.00!!! I was a Stellar f****** customer. Then, when we finally received our (lukewarm) order, it was incorrect again. However because other customers behind us were honking due to the incredible delay, we departed without fixing the problem. I would like a full refund. This was the least pleasant experience Ive ever had from fast food and I wish that I had gone to the 7-Eleven and microwaved a frozen burrito and dealt with the diarrhea the next morning.

Emily, who is the manager here, was very rude ,uneducated, and unprofessional. she was talking behind my back and treat me like an idiot. i was trying to order burger but she gave me wrong order while insist that i got the right one. she deserve doing something else but not in this store. i will keep calling coperate office untill she get kick out. if i went back there and see she is still working there. i will be starting to sue this store.

Worse place ever "manage" Emily shouldnt be working with the public. She asked a brand new employee only 2 or 3 days there "is your family as stupid as you" Im appalled by that. She was learning how to do drive thru right during dinner rush. I pray she is no longer employed there, if so I will continue contacting corporate till she is.

The drive through makes a lot of mistakes. They are slow. Also the customers throw their garbage out the window over the tracks. It looks like slum and this business is responsible for maintaing the grounds due to their customers litter. There is no garbage can anywhere there. Id give a 4 if it did not look like slumville.

While I watched, food was dropped on floor, put back in bag, handed to me while employee walked off. I was not given change. This Burger King has gone from bad to MUCH MUCH worse. I prefer Burger King generally for fast food, but this location should be shut down- they just cant get their act together.

I use to like burger King but I am done now I love onions in my burger, but when my husband brought my whopper home the onion was onion peels. Was hard to eat it. Dont know if the person that made the sandwich was new or didnt feel like working.

Just not a big fan of this location. Tried a few times over the years. Decided to go to others. It could be the location. right hand turn in right hand turn out. If you miss it you have to do a long turn around route to come back to it.

I just think they are more worried about speed and convenience than actual customer service. Dont get me wrong they werent rude or anything however they werent very inviting either. A good place for a get in and get out food stop.

4 stars only because fast food is never something to be proud about. BUT, I like going here because they are never cheap with their sauce packets. They give you good customer service and a good amount of dipping sauce. AWESOME.

The drive thru takes FOREVER. I pull up to the window, the lady working doesnt say hi, how are you, have a good day, nothing. She didnt even look at me while taking my payment. So rude. And it took forever.

Very dirty store... floor was a mess with garbage and sticky to walk on. Tables were dirty as well, advised the mother/child sitting behind me to move to another table, they saw and thanked me.
