I had a terrible experience and I will NOT go back. One of the employees had fainted and I offered help because Im a nurse, but she said she was fine and another lady was already helping her and an ambulance was coming. So I proceeded to play with my infant while I waited. When it was my turn the young man behind the counter didnt speak to my instead he just glared at me. After a very long drawn out sandwich making he proceeded to dump the unfolded unwrapped sandwich in a bag. I said no thank you Ill just go. Then he yelled at me to get out and that I was a jerk and his sister had fainted but no one cared and that was his blood so I could go on and get the hell out.

I enjoyed the CUSTOMER SERVICE! The man on duty, Umar greeted, and made sure I knew about my favorite sandwich deal on Thursdays. He greeted me when I walked in from across the store and made me feel good and asked if my sandwich looked good before he closed it up. I said "its perfect" and he said " Now, thats what we like to hear and why we do this!" That sounded good to me! Also, he made sure to tell me to come back to that particular store to get my deal on Thursdays. I really enjoyed and appreciated the time he took.

This place is horrible! They treat their staff badly and the management is very corrupt. I saw someone get fired for not putting the chips back correctly in the rack the management here is absolutely bad and they should lose their Subway franchise. I would not eat here and instead go down to Harris Teeter where their subs are amazing. Unfortunately this is deterred me from going to any more Subways in the Williamsburg area.

Outstanding customer service! Sandwich artist was very friendly and engaging. Food was excellent. Only reason I didnt give it five stars is I find their new menu style a bit confusing, but that is corporate not the store. By far the best Subway store in Williamsburg.
