The food is great but the staff needs work, in particular just one girl. Every time my husband and I have been there she has never been courteous or happy to customers. Tonight really took the cake when she left her fellow employee making all the sandwiches to put cookies on straws. Our sandwich burned in the oven after she put it in and instead of helping her colleague who was already helping two other people she just said "something in there is burning" and walked away! So if the management is reading this it was the lady who worked 10/30/15 at 8:20pm. If she had a name tag I would gladly give her name but alas she did not. Please for the sake of her customers and the continuity of them coming back please have her retrained!

Having been here a few times I have noticed that the ladies who work here are consistently excellent while the guys are a disaster. Some examples would be hanging out in the back while there is a long line, touching my food with bare hands, walking away before completing the sales transaction and one guy needed the concept of "cleaning baseboards" explained. FFS.

giving 5 stars still BUT i think the crew tonight must have been training. service was slow and i had to keep repeating my order and my toppings and had to order mac n chz 3x before receiving it at checkout. but the food is hot n good so im happy. tht is wht i came for after all. been goin faithfully for 2 years. nvr had issues food always been good.

Service is slow. I ordered a salad and 3 customers after me were helped and their sandwiches were made first and they were rung up ahead of me. In addition, i asked for no tomatoes and extra avocado. I got tomatoes and little avocado. They need to reorganize the way they take orders and prepare orders.

Ordered a big chicken salad sandwich to go and there is barely any chicken salad in the sandwich. I would post a photo if I could. First experience at the Towson potbelly...pretty disappointed.

Good comes quick and is made to order. I really enjoy the grilled chicken on multigrain bread with fresh avocado added. Dont forget to get a cookie!
