Bought a box of dilly bars, took them 10 minutes to go to the back and grab it. There was something obviously wrong with the box as it was all sticky on the outside and deformed. I shouldve said something about it but I figured the dilly bars inside would be fine since they are individually wrapped. Wrong, they had bad freezer burn, it was obvious they had melted and been refrozen. Terrible - never going back to this location.

We waited in the drive thru for nearly 15 minutes with no cars ahead of us. She never even acknowledged that we had driven up. She said "I will be right with you" after I finally said "hello" but she never returned. They kept assisting walk up customers and totally ignoring my family in the car. We left after nearly 15 minutes of waiting. Terrible customer service

One of the speediest Dairy Queens Ive been to. There were 2 other cars ahead of me, but we were in and out in 5 minutes. Only thing - they gave my husband his banana split with no lid in my car. I think if someone orders through the drive-thru, lids should be automatic and a bag and napkins would be nice. But thats nit picky stuff. I was satisfied otherwise.

My salted caramel truffle Blizzard seemed to have much more truffle than salted caramel. In addition, inside my cup, there was a bit cherry leftover from a different order. The product tasted fine but didnt meet my expectations. My usual Dairy Queen does a much better job.

We wanted to eat outside. We walked up to the window and no employee came to the window. They have two Windows and drive thru window. We went to both windows. They were more concerned about the drive through. It was very poor service so we left.

Please explain to me why I take my 9 year old son on our last night here and they are closed at 9:30pm, when the website clearly states 10:00pm close. Took our business to Cookout and had their shakes. Dissapointed for my son.

Their desserts are pretty tasty, but they no longer have those turtle waffle bowls and cones, that I used to love very much anymore. So, I will go there from time to time. But not as much as I used to unfortunately

My salted caramel truffle blizzard had all of the ingredients on the top, almost none on the bottom. And they didnt have onion rings. Very disappointed with that.

This is a pretty standard Dairy Queen. Theres not much seating though and the staff isnt always very pleasant. Still, the ice cream is good.
