I have a coupon book that is strictly for the greater harrisburg area. The first time we went to use it we didnt have the entire book just the coupon and they said they couldnt use it because it said at select locations and we didnt have the book showing the list of locations. So we decided to try it again later with the book listing the locations. The manager not only refused to use the coupon after acknowledging his store location was on the list, but he also proceeded to wag his finger no as he walked away. We left to go to the subway on market St (which I would highly recommend!) and the customer behind us was so irritated by the managers actions he too left and said hed be going to the mcdonalds next door. I will NEVER go to this subway again.

Young man in the morning always looks like he does not want to be there. His body language & face expressions show that. Customers do not have anything to do with that, so we should not feel rushed when we come in

Staff is personal and relatable. They tend to stuff their subs with more toppings than other locations that I know of. My go-to subway when Im in the mode for a reasonable priced lunch.
