My sister, son and I ordered three smoothies from here yesterday evening. As we were driving in the car, my sister and I kept stating the smoothies didnt taste right, but we couldnt figure out why. Then I said maybe they didnt clean out the blenders and were tasting remnants from other smoothies. Thats when a light bulb flashed in my sisters head, and she knew why it was different. Our smoothies tasted soapish. I had already downed half of my smoothie, and 3 year old son had drank some of his. Thankfully, we did not get sick from this experience, besides a little upset stomach. We had to dispose of it quickly. I frequent TSs about 3-4 times a week, but I will never come to this location again. Please be careful. For the store employees, please make sure to rinse the soap completely off.

The worst experience I have ever had. Generally speaking, the staff at most of the tropical smoothies are at least surface level friendly, as they get paid to do. But the entire staff at this location was not only rude but annoyingly flippant. To outright disrespect a customer, and then abrasively slam my order downand then leave it unattended without so much as a thank you, is infuriating at best. I wish this ranking system allowed for a negative star, but unfortunately one will have to suffice. If I didnt fear the "staff" screwing up my refund I would have demanded one. But I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your dining, and will be strongly recommending the same to my classmates at the large university up the street as well as my office just around the corner.

I eat at the same tropical smoothie almost daily! This was my first time at this location at they got my order so wrong! The flatbread they gave me was made incorrectly and when I called to tell them, the guy that answered the phone sounded as if he could care less. Instead of apologizing he said "whats wrong with it? " &gave me attitude because he didnt make it. I will never return to this location again! I think its sad though that I can only enjoy tropical smoothie at one location! Thats the military highway location. All tropical smoothies should have the work ethic and ability to exceed customer expectations like that one does.

Im pretty upset its poorin down rain and I placed an order for pick up. I ordered a smoothie with whey protein and its was packed when I got there so I was happy I placed my order to go. I get home and there is absolutely no protein in my smoothie and I payed extra for it. So I call back to let them know and she tells me I have to drive back up there in the rain and give them this smoothie so they can put it in there. No sorry no nothing. Do not go to this location unless you want to pay for something and not get it then hear you need to do something else for the thing you paid for in the first place by a rude teenager!!!!!

Tropical Smoothie is great in general. This location is no exception. Very clean, fast service, friendly employees and I always see the owner there. I love when they do the flip flop day in the summer and how they contribute to Camp Sunshine. This is a lways so organized and well run. They make it fun and they are prepared so everything goes quickly. It has become a part of our family summer tradition and we love to come here all year long.

I visited this location two days in a row thinking that the first time could have just been an off day. This location is not clean, the floors were sticky, trash on the inside and outside eating area and the tables were dirty. To top it off, they were out of strawberries. To be out of strawberries at 1030 in the morning is crazy. Especially when a large portion of the menu includes strawberries.

Got here at 7:45, placed our order for two smoothies at 7:48, and received our two smoothies at 8:13, after people who placed orders after us got their orders. Iin fact, we may have sat in the location longer had they not heard me complain about the wait and asked what our order was. Terrible.
