I went there today and used a coupon for a family meal. The manager on very loudly (while we were in the drive thru and the window was open) said "Are you f****** kidding me. I thought nothing of it other than her being a b**** and not wanting to do her job that she certainly doesnt deserve $15/hr to do, but i was sick within hours. Unsanitary, unsafe and most definitely will not be going there again!! My suggestion? If youre in Chittenango, there are much better choices than that slip show.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Old lady taking the order at the drive thru was incredibly rude, combative, and incompetent. They didnt even get the order right. Parking lot is crumbling to pieces; I think its more pothole than actual pavement. Inside is filthy and disgusting, clear signs of rot in and around the building. You can lower your expectations when going to Chittenango but youll still leave this meth-addled husk of a town disappointed.

All these assholes that commented before me need to stop thinking theyre going to a 5 star restaurant instead of burger King...I bet if they made you wait longer for your food to make it nice and presentable you would have a problem anyway... you get what you pay for ...if you pay 5 dollars for a burger and fries you get what you get you want better go pay 15 or 20 or more and you will get it

My wife and I stopped on 6/10/17 about 4:30PM to order 2 small shakes, a strawberry and a chocolate. They are normally quite good but today neither of us could drink ours. They both had way more sugar in them than normal. We got them at the drive in witdow and were on the road again before we tasted them or we would have gotten a refund. They were absolutely undrinkable.

Rude a Drive through customer service- was sitting on a stool playing on her phone. Lights not on outside and mi answer at the drive through - we pulled up to the open window and had to scream 3 times to get the girls attention . She didnt know if the food was fresh and said she wasnt on the grill.

Dont expect good fries or good customer service here. Was given attitude through the drive thru, cut me off before I could finish my order. Very poor and disrepectful customer service. This place is lucky to be one of the only fast foods in Chittenango.

Food was speedy. Crew wasnt very sociable. It was a little difficult to hear the person taking orders in the drive thru. They didnt mark the food either. Other than that, it came out delicious and was fresh.

Just bluah I cant stand it there, its like getting a burger from a vending machine and microwaving it! Plus it takes them forever just to get that. The fish sandwhich was very greasy as well.
