Been to elevation before at another location, it was excellent. This location however, severly undercooked my fries and they were limp as could be. First alarm went off as I entered my car. Got home and my burger was pink inside, I didnt order medium, therefore it should have been cooked thoroughly. I am sitting here very frustrated I paid for such expensive ingredients and the employees clearly do not have basic knowledge on how to prepare it. I am a former employee at five guys and it is common practice that if a temperature is not ordered, it is to be cooked until there is no pink. Ground beef has massive amounts of bacteria in between each crevice that air touches. Grass fed or not, raw beef is still full of diseases.

We were in the area tonight and needed a place to eat. We dread eating out because we try to eat cleanly, and when we saw their menu, they jumped to the top of our list. We were really impressed. Everyone who worked with us was friendly. It wasnt busy. Not sure if the setup could handle a crowd, I but it worked for us. I was expecting pricey. They arent cheap, but it really is worth it if you care about the kind of food you eat. I would put their entire menu up against Five Guys any day. While I havent been to Five Guys in over a year, I have to imagine their prices are as high or higher for far less quality in terms of both food and service.

Elevation Burger is the only place we go for our fast food burgers. The staff is super friendly and are helpful to people that have dietary restrictions. They are made of organic grass fed beef and taste fresh fresh, juicy and delicious. They cook their fresh daily handcut fries in 100% pure olive oil. Offerings of organic beverages are also available. They also have won local awards such as the 2015 Gold Daisy award for best burger and readers choice awards for best burger.

In a pinch, you cant beat the taste of an EB. Theres plenty of burger toppings and options, including whether youre into eating meat or not. Ive had beef and vegan options, of which both are tasty. However, and this is a personal preference, the fries are not my favorite since theyre relatively skinny and small. Although the dining area is cramped and could be larger, theres outdoor seating options. The staff is also welcoming and friendly.

Will drive 45 mins to come here again! The cost? Affordable. The people? Incredibly nice. The burgers and fries? Fresh and phenomenal! The location? Beyond clean and the bathrooms were IMMACULATE--not common in fast food restaurants. One thing that I love about organic food and grass fed beef is that it is ridiculously filling. We ate hours ago and were still full. My partner and I will be back, for sure.

I love this place! I will NEVER eat at Five Guys again. Elevation burger is the best! These burgers have better flavor, less greasiness, and you get more nutrition because its grass fed beef! I have to eat gluten free so I love that you can get a lettuce wrap instead of a bun! Seriously try it you will love it! I cant eat dairy either but Ive heard their shakes are amazing as well!

Had a grilled chicken burger there and it was fantastic. The restaurant is very clean and the staff was friendly. You get a lot of choices to "customize" your burger which is great since you can build it exactly how you want, but the more complicated you get the longer time it gets for the staff to make it. Overall a great experience.

Had the original burger and wow. Their fries are made in virgin olive oil. Everything under that roof is organic. I cant remember the name of the lady that served us - but she had the perfect approach / timing. She was super polite. You have to try this place. She knew some of the customers by name.

This place is good. Price is “elevated", but thats because they offer quality ingredients. And those ingredients taste good. I knew what I wanted and theres a lot to go through on the menu. The woman at the counter helped me through my order. At least try it once. Its out of the norm of typical fast food.

We are not from around town, but stopped in on our way past because my 6 yo wanted burgers and fries for lunch. I am very happy we did. The food was of fantastic quality and we enjoyed our burgers very much. The staff was very friendly. A+ from me. Try it out, youll love it.
