Waited 15 minutes just to get drinks, then they "were out" of the appetizer I ordered. My husbands appetizer was frozen in the middle. Meals came, his was shrimp from a box and two mushy chicken strips. My french dip featured burnt bread but soggy underneath and cold prime rib. The "cole slaw" was slopped on the plate and had no taste at all it was a teaspoons worth on a lettuce leaf and it was warm. I got 6 french fries on my plate. Sent it back and left, so one meal, a lemonade, a beer and one app was $30. Noticed a lot of servers walking around looking busy, but not actually doing anything, heard many complaints from those around us as well. Manager tried to get me to order something else, was extremely pushy about it. Not worth it and wont be back.

Its a decent place to eat, the burgers are what theyre known for and they do a pretty good job. Its middle of the road cuisine along the same lines as Fridays, Chillis, and Applebees. They have an ok beer selection with light colored domestics being dominant. The side dishes are fair. The atmosphere is hectic with lots of visual and auditory stimuli. Red Robin is a great place to go for comfort food in the way of burgers, many specially kinds, and for a good time with friends. Kids are also welcomed and with all the commotion in the restaurant a little spillage here or temper tantrum there may get unnoticed.

Overall, it was an okay experience, affordable, good burger and fries with a drink for about $13.50 But, I had given a $2 tip on my card because I could afford it and had no cash on me. Apparently when they take out the tip, its either several days late or multiple times. Somehow the $2 tip has now cost me $32 because they took out the last of my money almost a week later and pushed my account into the negatives. Other than that is was okay. Good food, good prices, good staff, but it was kinda dark and made to be an atmospheric place. 2/5.

I went for the first time last night for my birthday dinner with my brother, and we got the boneless chicken with buzz sauce and then bacon Bleu cheeseburgers with garlic fries and a lemonade, we both wokeup this morning puking.. I had to stay home from work it was so bad.. Im very angry and I called them to explain and they said theyve never gotten a call like that before.. for 50$ worth of food and puking the next day.. will NOT be going back to ruby tuesday in horseheads.

This is a decent chain burger joint with bottomless fries and great appetizers. They also offer decent wraps and salads. A bit pricey for a chain burger place. The staff is always friendly. UNCLE GERRYS TIP: For a healthier option, choose a grilled chicken breast sandwich instead of a beef burger. You can even get bottomless broccoli instead of fries. But who wants bottomless broccoli!

Red robin is my husband and my most favorite restaurant to go to. We really enjoy the birthday perks with free burgers. We always tell people who are looking for a different burger place to go to Red Robin, you wont be sorry. My husband and I would love to proudly wear one of your tee shirts to advertise. The burger was the best I have had in a restaurant in years - no doubt. My beers were cold and tasty. Service was excellent, but my wifes food was not hot and the breaded shrimp were very salty. We got there just before the evening rush and got good seats with no delay. Server was Robert and he did a great job.

First visit to Red Robin and I would go again any day of the week! Service is friendly, food is at a reasonable price and tastes great! Whats not to love about bottomless fries? They do get busy during evenings and weekends so be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes to get seated.

not worth the trip. After waiting 10 minutes to get a table we waited 15 more minutes and never had a waiter come to the table. Told the front and they didnt care nor did they contact the manager. I left and took my business elsewhere. I wont go back.l

This place is very dirty. When you look up at the lights and ceiling there is dust everywhere. There was a bug in my ice. My chicken was not cooked all the way. The only good thing was that they took my meal off of the bill and gave a free dessert.

Great place to eat at. Great vegetarian, pescatarian and vegan options. Usually calming and great for people that come into groups. Only four people or less per booth due to safety purposes. Great overall and the staff is friendly

Delicious burgers! Prices are a little high when you consider its just a burger, but I think its worth it. Good selection and friendly staff. Id probably die of a heart attack if I ate here more than once a month, though.

Server was inattentive to our needs we didnt get napkins or silverware had to go out and ask hostess for some. Had to ask for refills. Food was good but our server amanda needs to step it up.

Good beer selection, good food (not particularly healthy) and the wait wasnt terribly long. The prices are a little high but not excessive. Sports on the Tele and voila a nice sports bar.
