Its not a bad buffet and at a good price. However the staff are really lacking and dont care about their customers. I have been coming here for several years. Before there was some quite frankly, annoying little girls working on their staff. Now there are 2 younger girls... still kind of annoying but a little more mature. I thought what they said about this country was very inappropriate since theyre serving americans. What one of the girls told me was "america is horrible" and she said "nothing is good about america" "i wish i never come to america" . I told her she should not say those things and if she did not like the country to go back to china. She said I was "dumb" and then pretended to not speak english well. I told the manager about this and the manager just shrugged their shoulders. I guess they can just come to our country and bash everything and the people but if we went to china and bashed them they would arrest us in a heart beat.... I feel uncomfortable spending my money here now at China Wall... its ok for americans to bash their own country because we want better lives... but for them to come here and bash our country like that and then call me "dumb" for standing up for it is not good. I hope i can influence others who also like to eat here like myself.

I come here often. The buffet is average and what you would expect. It is mostly always fresh and has a good variety with soup and salad bar and ice cream for desert. The place is clean, has a good vibe and the service has always been great. The prices are good. My only con about this place is that the food items never change. That can be a good thing if youre in for something you know what to expect. But after several years of coming here the menu is getting a little boring. Would be great to see more Vegan options.

Came in earlier today and filled a box up and their was a hair in my box after ive already took a couple bites out of it. So ofcourse i throw away the food. I call this place to just get my food replaced not worried about the money and they tell me we have to bring thw food back? Why would i keep food that had a hair in it lol this place must not understand what it means that the customers are always right. Not satisfied at all. Hair nets people!!

We love this place for a quick anytime Chinese meal. Everything is not perfect in any restaurant. However, we have not ever had a time of disappointment. I saw where someone said something about them not caring about their customers........couldnt be further from the truth. Most everyone wants the buffet so all they need to do is refill drinks. We have always had friendly service and have been pleased.

Been coming here since for years. Food has gone down quite a lot. Staff are also very uninterested in making things better. I told the manager about one of their staff.... this little girl was taking selfies of herself at work.... and bothering some customers in the corner to take pictures of her. I told the manager and they just ignored me. Food is still kind of good though. Its convienant at least

Every time we go here to eat they never set drinks where they belong. We always have to sip and see what drink goes where. And when there is 11 or so of us. Its horrible. And i almost fell like the hover over while waiting to take my dirty dish. Fell rushed? Yes. And here the last few times the food hasnt been that great. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat.

As take out I was very satisfied with quick service. Once I decided to dine in I was very concerned about cleanliness. Tables were all dirty, there was a greasy film covering the chairs and the ceiling had a nasty looking pink glob ( I assume some sort of food) directly above my daughters plate! If u choose to eat there do so cautiously

Everything was great. We loved the place. A very good buy for your $$. We went for lunch and for two (+ one soda) it was only $12, Have a fresh variety of foods as well as salad/soup & desserts. Clean and nice enviorment, friendly staff, A must try**

Out of all the chinese restaurants around Roanoke (ive tried them all), this one has the best food. The little chinese waitresses are nice too and make me oh so horny. Seriously though the buffet will not disappoint and neither will the take out.

Ive been going here for years and years and its definitely gone down hill a lot in just the past couple years. Ive had food poisoning immediately after eating the last 3 times so this is the last.
