Worst dining experience Ive ever had. Our dinner started off simple enough, we were sat, ordered drinks, then meals. When the food came we noticed a particular sound coming from behind us. The waitress was clipping her nails not five feet from where we sat. I turned around and asked her if she would please do that somewhere else away from where we were trying to eat. She rolled her eyes and left. Then I watched one of the sushi rollers bring a box from the back, lay it on the sushi counter, take a knife from the other roller as he was cutting a roll, he opened the box with the 9 inch knife and then handed the knife back to the other cook without wiping it off. Besides being one of the worst meals Ive ever had, and being sick all night long, this was the worst experience Ive ever had!!

Fantastic!!! As a family that eats sushi on a regular basis, we are very picky about where we go to eat. We were in town on business and of course, wanted sushi, so I checked the reviews of local places. Osaka had the best reviews. We decided to try it and loved it. The sushi is very fresh and the variety is fantastic. Everyone loved it so much we went back the next night and ate again! Highly recommended.

I would never bother to write on here but couldnt let this mean spirited and false review stand as the only one. The sushi is great, the chinese food is great, the service is always extremely attentive and swift and very kind. Osaka is a local neighborhood favorite, so to be honest, if other TripAdvisor visitors want to stay away -- fine with us.

Fall from glory. Since reopening, some of the favorites are gone from the menu (the egg roll for example). The remodel left only hard surfaces, so the acoustics are terrible. My roll was good but my sashimi was bad. The red snapper was warm and the yellow tail wasnt cut correctly. The process are still reasonable though higher than before.

Our meal was the worst. Beef human tasted like cardboard. The other dish was basil chicken (but were not sure about the chicken part) The manager very defensive??? Sushi may be OK but Im not eating it!!.Have eaten there many times in the past but you cant fix that restaurant. To many other good places to that appreciate your business.

The chick at the seating booth was rude and just stared at me and didnt greet me. The waitress acted very strange and I could hardly hear anything she said, she brought me an 8 dollar drink with no alchol in it. The food was overpriced Panda Express quality. I can make better Asian food at home and m not even Asian. Pathetic.

I hadnt been to Osaka in probably a year and went on Tuesday. WOW! Recently renovated, I walked in and my jaw dropped. Sleek, modern, spacious and clean - with the same delicious sushi they have always had at moderate pricing. Speed and service have improved with the spacial upgrades. Loved it.

The consistency of the sesame chicken was nauseating. We asked for spicy sesame chicken and it had no spice at all. The server was fake and really rubbed me the wrong way. We didnt eat our sesame chicken because it was so bad and she didnt even offer us something else or to recook it.

A all around great expireice. Great servers quick bus boys and epically nice and welcoming hosts, all in all the staff was A1 and the food and service was spectacular! I will be visiting again with friends and family.

I eat at Osaka nearly every week. I have never had anything but very good food. Its sushi is fresh, carefully prepared and presented. The servers are delightful and know what they are serving.
