The food was excellent as always! *****Do not order delivery though.***** We placed a split order over the phone, and specified the first half will be paid in cash. When she asked how I would be paying I told her card and gave my numbers. I was then told a time the food would arrive... I had to stop her and ask how much will be put on my card since it was a split order and she said the whole orders price! By now she had already ran the card for too much and caused an overdraft on my checking account (not a complete overdraft as they pulled the money from my savings... but I still had a fee). When calling back after a statement was available from my bank I offered to come in and show her what happened, but she just yelled at me saying she was not my mother and that I needed to watch my money....

Not even worth the star but someone should know. I have been hung up by Chopsticks House numerous times, as I was trying to place an order. (to most, you would think it would be a complicated order that no one in their right mind would want to deal with - I get it.) All I wanted was 2 orders of wontons and 1 order of pancit - delivered- of course I would pay the delivery fee along with a tip as well. Instead I was hung up on. What a waste of time and breathe, but a not a waste of typing.

I ordered food at 6:59 it is now 8:14 and I have yet to get my food I called twice and both times she said hes on the way I dont live far from the restaurant so it shouldnt take this long for them to get to me. Ive ordered from here before never a problem when he did arrive he claimed he couldnt come outside which was freezing and had to go back to his car for change my food is lupe warm and Im not satisfied

The food is pretty good for run of the mill Chinese and is reasonably priced. I have eaten here several times. The Shrimp was Cashews is very good, and the Mango Chicken (a special not always on the menu). Service is not really slow, but seems rather inattentive; I asked for ice water with lemon in addition to my soda, but only received the soda. Atmosphere is typical "cheap commercial" but was clean.

This is not what you would expect from your typical Chinese Restaurant. The staff are very helpful and kind. They work hard both to prepare excellent and fresh food and also to provide a welcoming service of customer relation. Food arrives fresh and ready at your door with a smile. Never have I had a problem with this restaurant. Chopstick House is fresh, friendly and delicious.

Okay food. Rude service. My sister paid with her card and it was declined. Not sure why because there was money in the account. Anyway, my sister said maybe it was because she hadnt used that card yet, it was new. The server said "No you just have no money." This may not seem like a big deal to some but we were very offended by her rudeness.

I found egg shells in my soup & crunched down on them....discusting! Told them about it and they are just plain rude. Delivery guy is rude, on the phone they are rude....why would I order from them again? I WAS a good customer but they dont care about that. Bye bye chopsticks house. I will be a regular of your competition. Sorry.

I work nightshift at the hospital- we know Chinese takeout. Chopsticks blows everything else out of the water! The price is very reasonable, they were quick with the delivery, and the food was so fresh and delicious. The crab wontons were my favorite. I will most definately be a repeat customer.

Ive ordered from here quite a few times. The customer service has improved, and they always give you a ton of food. Its the best priced for downtown, and the speed of delivery can vary-- its usually either really fast or kinda slow, which is pretty typical of the area. Id recommend it.

The worst I will never eat or carryout again from here my fiance and I got the happy family and it smelled rancid and I asked for a tea and got green tea not to include the owners wife was rude and unprofessional we wont be visiting again no parking spaces it just look run down

Hot, fresh, cheap and wish they served real chinese food (Like dim sum, xiao bao, char siu pork, steam baskets of food, and all the good good soups & teas). But as far as Chinese food goes, cant go wrong at this place. Never had a bad experience yet over past few years.

Customer service is very bad. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me when I called to cancel my order because of a double order with someone else. I tried to give them a chance in spite of the reviews I saw. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered couple times a take out from them, it was really yami!!!!!!! My husband really picky with his food and he wont eat from any chinese, when I first time brought food from that restsurant home, he loved it!!! Really really recomend take out or delivery
