Horrible place and horrible customer service. They messed up my order and the lady refused to fix it. For being a highend coffe shop in the Galleria, the service is what you would expect from a fastfood place. Do yourself a favor and go to starbucks 100 feet away. I am filing a complaint with the mall management too.

5 stars if Paul was still selling its original cakes which is what they used to do best but they stopped therefore I would give them 1 start. However, their tarts are great and everything else you can find anywhere else. Average is 3 stars at best. If you really want a real Paul go to Europe or the Middle East.

High prices for OK food. Got a cup of tomato basil soup (good), a ham and cheese croque (overtoasted and underflavored) and a drink for $20. Nothing was bad, just underwhelming for the price. The desserts looked great, so maybe that is the way to go.

I had a horrible experience today. There was a cockroach in my bread and the manager didnt even have the courtesy to give us a discount. They only offered to to remake the food. The salmon was very dry and seemed old.
