They were good till I left for school. I came back, they send the pizza to Captain Ds half of the time. So the delivery guy calls and says " where are you? They say they aint order no food." So I ask where they are " we at Captain Ds". So I tell them they went way to for. Then they get mad at me. Update. Ive ordered again on the phone and went to to a corporation the woman sent my pizza to a completely different location the delivery driver asked where I was. So I found out they sent it to the wrong pizza place so I called the number again. The same woman answered and was extremely rude. She tried to tell me there was no PizzaHut in Quinton and hung up on me. Called back and got someone else told her what happened and got a manager. He said I would get a free pizza and that I would be upgraded to a large stuffed crust pizza. Originally I had ordered a cheese pizza with extra sauce. I got the pizza with extra cheese and add extra sauce. Dont order from this place please. People are nice but theyre different people now than when I was at school. They have gone down hill.

Horrible experience at this location. Ordered ahead of time and gave an additional 10 minutes before pick up (grabbed gas at the station). Went through an entire act of looking for my 2 pizzas and wings (wings were untouched in the baskets- as I could see them). No apologizes, but stated they would have to remake my order. Could not even maintain eye contact with me. Corporate sent couple of coupons for free pizzas as way of an apology. Nice they expired within a month. Refused to use them at this location. Plenty of better pizza and pasta places within the area. (Dominos, Marias, Antonios...to name a few) . And they understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. Oh...and they have coupons as well...since that was the ONLY reason I gave that Pizza Hut a chance.

Terrible service, both times I ordered online from them they called me and told me they couldnt make my pizza because they only had thin crust and they couldnt deliver my pizza. which is understandable for it to happen once but I ordered again a week later and they told me they couldnt make my pizza the way I ordered it and I had to go get my pizza instead of having it delivered. This has never happen except when certain people are working there. Going to Dominos from now on.

I ordered on line the special 2 med pizzas at $6.99 each plus an order of breadsticks...the total order came to $19.and something. My husband went to pick the order up and was charged the full price of $30+ not knowing what I had ordered. The cashier started to charge him the $19 + but then said no and recalculated charging him the $30+ price. I wont order on line again!!!

I have always had great experience from the Quinton location until tonight when I called in my order and it was supposed to be ready when I got back here. Even after having my order read back to me it was not all there when I came to pick it up and now I am still being charged for it after having to wait another 15 mins when I have a 25 min drive home.

I honestly wish I could have rated with a negative! Over qn hour after ordering delivery I called and was told that they tried to call me because they didnt have a driver. My number is correct and functional, store employees evidently are liars and lazy idiots. Its now 10pm and I have no option for getting any food from them or anywhere else here!

Miss sykes the so called manager made this nasty burned no cheese pizza just like so many times before she needs to find a new line of work I would not feed this too my dog Im so tired of this oh yea keep up the good work mike you should have her job buddy!!!!!

Great pizza and service at new kent location. Use to go to Williamsburg rd location but my order was always messed up. You cant dine in at this location so we just get our order to go.
