Its a shame - decent food but the SERVICE Sucks.... The people that work drive thru are ridiculous.... Dont repeat my order to me and then not produce that order when you give me my bag. Does that make sense?? Also when you call there to complain someone pretends to be the manager and not care at all. Guess Ill take a break from there until they hire a bunch of new idiots

The manager on Sunday, November 4th 2012 at about 4 PM was rude and unaccommodating. I asked for some dipping sauce packets because I had bought a lot of food that requires dipping and the shift manager refused to give me more than one packet for all of my food (basically 2 meals). Seriously??!? Other employees were friendly and helpful but the manager is a dick.

This place is extremely ghetto. I just stood inside this place waiting to be helped and waited for 5 minutes, literally. We finally noticed people at the drive through getting helped faster, so we decided to do that. Not sure if Id go here again... Unless things really improve with the speediness of service.

Poor customer service, this was my first time buying from popyes i pull up the drive through and told the services to give a second to look and see what i wanted, he told me to hurry up or come inside because he is on a timer, i jusut left i thought that was very rude. And poor customer service.

I dont appreciate every time I come here to order my food. My order is always wrong by the time I get home or to work. I order mild tenders I get spicy tenders. The tenders and fries are so dry, and also Im always cheated on the fries.

Just stay away if you do mot want to get sick. On multiple occasions we got chicken which had foul odor. Good thing is they will accept it if you confront and refund the money. Just stay away
