Over the last few years I have visited lots of different Chick-fil-A locations. Im also a member of the A-list program and one of first individuals to download the new Chick-fil-A app. After many different visits to this particular Chick-fil-A I would have would have to say that this location by far has some of worst customer service and trained employees out there. For example one of the days that I visited this location the line for ordering was out the door. Instead of the owner hopping on a register and helping out he was placing paper signs on every register that stated all breakfast orders can only be ordered before a particular time. The employees seem to be not in the know of any promotions that are currently being provided by Chick-fil-A and most of them do not even know the standard lingo example: my pleasure and how may I serve you. I know this particular owner/operator has won a Chick-fil-A truck but I think has not invested anything else since then.

As a previous long time Chickfila employee (10+ years), I understand I have extremely high expectations of the restaurant that helped me become the person that I am. However, ever since moving to Maryland two years ago I have been let down every time weve visited this location. The wait time is always 15 minutes plus in drive thru, and I dont mind waiting extra time if they need to drop fresh chicken, but the product we get after 15 minutes is cold, old, and half the nuggets (my favorite) are nothing more than breading. Today the fries for three meals were overlooked, cold right out the window, and my husbands strips where so small I was honestly surprised someone even thought it was okay to serve them. Disappointed, and though Ive continued to spend our money there in hopes of improvement, I think Ill save my chickfila visits for when I travel back down south.

My goodness. We just ate here - it was busy. Our food was up to the usual standards but in our tiny seating sections the floor was wet and slippery. There were SIX of those yellow cautionary signs on the floor to help warn customers of possible slips - see picture. As we were eating our meal, some worker comes out and starts MOPPING the floor! When it was ALREADY WET AND SLIPPERY! Of course this makes the floor even more slippery. We saw another worker carrying a full tray and she had to struggle to keep her balance. We also saw a toddler nearly fall as well. On top of that, the smell from the mop (the worker went right by our table) was REVOLTING. Also, all the trash cans are OVERFLOWING. Workers keep milling around but none of them are taking out the trash bags. I typically use Google to post positive reviews, but this experience was unbelievable.

Jocelyn is the worst manager Ive ever seen at a Chick-Fil-A. I waited 10 minutes for my sandwich after arriving at 10:25 trying to get breakfast and was told by her I had to do lunch. Talk about false advertising, thought breakfast closed at 10:30 but apparently Jocelyn runs a tighter ship than the other managers and she closes breakfast when she wants. Then I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, waited FOREVER and she had the audacity to have an attitude when I asked for Chick-Fil-A sauce and slam dunked it into my bag. Bottom line, dont go to this location expecting a normal Chick-Fil-A experience, because Jocelyn will definitely ruin it for you and the rest of your day.

The food is always great! Most of the staff are extremely friendly with the exception of Rachael, where you can always expect a bad attitude and some eye rolling if you ask for condiments! I have spoken to the manager Bree Rettig several times in regards to Rachael’s horrible customer service to which his response on one occasion was “Rachael has been here for so long, and unfortunately I’m not sure there’s any hope for her.” Seriously! In this economy, Im sure that there are many hard working individuals out there who would love to have her job....and be pleasant and respectful to others while doing it!

I love chick fil a but this location is run by an owner who does not respect the employees. I do not go here anymore after seeing the way the owner handles customer service. It is sad to see young people being hounded by a dictator-like management style with no concern for their physical or emotional wellbeing. I wouldnt suggest this chick fil a. Unfortunately frederick needs another franchise location option. If there was one I am sure that they would be 10x better than this outdated location. Needs renovation & a better parking lot design. Also my order was wrong.

We love the food, but on several occasions have waited in line for 20 minutes only to find our order is wrong just as we get home. It is just frustrating when you have had a rough day and just want to enjoy your dinner, but you cant. And, the kicker is you paid for food you ordered, but didnt receive. Tried to call the local store repeatedly with no answer and the voicemail is full. Then, call the national customer service line any they are not willing to help. Thought this was a family focused business, guess things are changing.

I feel like its impossible to give Chick-fil-A a 1 star rating but everyone who works here is an idiot! Ive been at least 7 times and when Im giving my order its never right and the person taking my order asks me to repeat my order to them at least 3 times, every single time! No foolin. I know this is gonna fall on deaf ears cause I as well as everyone else will still go to Chick-fil-A cause theyre amazing, but I just want them to know if they can train their employees to not be morons theyll make so many peoples experience better.

Worst chik-fil-a Ive ever been to, beware that their big sign out front says breakfast: 6:30am to 10:30 am but the inconsiderate, grumpy-ass manager wouldnt let us get breakfast at 10:24 am. I guess its not always "their pleasure". I eat at chik-Fil-a 3-4 times a week and all I wanted was a damn chicken egg and cheese biscuit! Well, now I gotta go eat som cows at sonic and get a steak egg and cheese burrito. Just make sure that youre an early bird, cause you wont get the worm. Jocelyn, team leader...you broke my heart!

Food is always good and the service is always great. Mostly young folks always smiling qnd helpful despite how busy it is. One major problem continues to be that this location can no longer handle the customer volume. On my last visit, I ordered online for pick up and the food was ready quickly. Every table was full and there were another 30 people in line. I stood for 12 minutes with my food in hand until a seat opened up. By then it was no longer hot. Be prepared to wait to eat or be forced to sit in your car.

Julianne, Was fantastic I was there with kids, the place was packed and 1 of my kids had an accident with the drink. She had waited on us with ease and speed and when my kid spilled she jumped on getting it and refilled the drink in a snap. She is special and very like most of the staff at your fine establishment. Thanks and It is still my favorite place to Eat.
