We used to order food from here quite often. However, the last time my sister placed an order she tried to use a coupon that was mailed out to us. The lady taking the order went off on a tirade on how we always use coupons when paying using a credit card even though shes asked us not to so my sister ended the call. The lady apparently thought my sister was someone else and called back and continued yelling at her. My sister got her to understand that she wasnt whoever she was mistaking her for and placed an order and picked it up. Who in the world runs a restaurant and chews out a customer and calls them back to continue their tirade? I dont plan on ever ordering from here again.

This place has the best Crab rangoon Ive ever tasted. The crab was cooked perfectly making it juicy, since it wasnt overcooked like other crab rangoons Ive tasted, and the sauce was a real good sweet and sour. I ordered this or takeout. I have actually never been to their restaurant but their phone number is all you need from this joint trust me. Ive ordered three times already and their food has always been hot and tasty, not soggy and cold like when I usually order take out from a more mainstream branch of food. Definitely my new go to for Chinese food.

Worst customer service.The lady at the counter is an idiot and number one liar. My wife ordered food and she wanted to cancel something but this crack lady refused by saying that she had already started making the order she cant cancel it. When we got there she started yelling at my wife and said that she just started the order. She is a whole load of crap. This restaurant sucks. I have never given such a worst review about anyone before ever. I am pissed off. She is crack. I will never recommend it to anyone. I spit on her and on her food.

Worst experience ever. We had to leave food because she was so rude. I asked about a coupon and she said, "This only works with cash" and I was like, "Okay I will pay you cash" she said, " No I am not going to give it to you anyway" She started yelling at us. The food also was very bad and smelly. We had to leave it without eating it. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Solely giving it a 1 for the reason that it was halal, probably the only good part about the place. The food was not as great as these legit reviews make it out to be, also the largest problem was that the proportions were so miniscule that the pricing of them is outrageous. I was heavily disappointed and dissatisfied.

We ordered something and asked a question and the lady hit my mothers hand. We only eat there because its halal the serivce is the worst. The lady has no respect for anyone and is incredibly rude. Her coupons have hidden made up restrictions. That are different every time we order.

I placed an order over the phone and the guy literally could not understand a word I was saying. It took entirely too long to get my phone number, order and credit card number. Delivery is extremely fast but food isnt very good.

Worst customer service. The lady over the counter is so rude. She messed up my order and got mad at me for that. Plus the food was horrible. The fried chicken tasted like it was very old; made my stomach hurt. NEVER AGAIN!!

The food was horrible. The pad thai is disgusting. Egg rolls were horrendous. I would NOT recommend this place. I ordered off the grubhub app. Delivery was fast and the food was still hot but tasted really bad.
