Stopped by at this place after strawberry picking at Mt. Olympus farms. To start with the welcome was a little cold, disinterested. We were 4 adults and 3 kids. The menu had a lot of options almost to point of a little too much. The food came out in no particular order, one of the kids got his food the last, which for any restaurant dosent make any sense. The food in itself was very flavorful, we ordered the chorizo tacos, Camarones a la Diabla and Camarones Yucatecos. The shrimp was fresh and all the dishes ordered had a pleasant kick to it. I would certainly return for the food, but they really need to work on the customer service.

On a Saturday evening, the place was overcrowded. Servant promised a table in 5 minutes and it happened. We were expecting to be served very slow due to the amount of orders, but again, the beer was on the table before we opened the menu. The food was also brought quick and it was delicious, it is a family business at its best. Dont even consider anything else if youre in the area .

Excellent food, great flavors, cheap and near the interstate. I had the taco special, which was chorizo and chicken. My wife had flautas. Everything was ready in less than ten minutes. They gave us chips and salsa, and some sort of spicy ranch as well. No missteps at all, very happy.

Those of us who spend a lot of time out in Ruther Glen are very grateful to have a good Mexican restaurant available after a long dry spell of no tacos, nachos, or fajitas. Good, flavorful food, reasonable prices, and very friendly staff who have always taken good care of me.

Who would ever give this place e less than 5 stars is beyond me. Clean, cool, courteous and of course the food will give you a mouth orgasm. Atmosphere is also a huge plus. Seriously if you can find anything wrong with this establishment you must be a sorry piece of work.

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered shredded beef tacos and was expecting a sort of chili-type beef taco. These tacos had barbecue-like beef on the tacos with lettuce, cheese, and some of the most delicious pico de gallo salsa Ive ever eaten. Wonderful experience

Excellent food, great service! We arrived for the first time on Sunday a bit early & we were the first ones...normally not the best sign. We went in to eat anyway & it was wonderful. We are new to the area & MI Jalisco will be our go to place for wings & Mexican food.

I was not a big fan of Mexican cuisine until I visited this place. The food here is simply incredible, and its perfect for a nice lunch or dinner while in the Kings Dominion area. Their menu is large, and I recommend the chorizo con pollo, very delicious.

First time here, I swear this was the best Mexican food that I have tried in years. Jose and ricardo were amazing. Sincerely their attention was phenomenal. The prices were very reasonable and they were super fast at making the food. Thank you so much!

When I arrived I was seated. I sat there with no menu or drinks for almost 10 mins, finally my order was taken, the guy brought me my food . Never came back to the table to check on me or ask me if I wanted a refill....food is great service sucks

Was passing through and decided to check it out. Mi Jalisco was well deserving of the great reviews! Sebastian took care of us and was awesome all around. The food came out quickly and was excellent! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Excellent authentic Mexican food. Fast service as in less than 5 minutes to get our food. Family of five with two alcoholic drinks and our total was around $60. Know what you want to eat, as the menu is quite extensive! Will come again!

We went here for lunch while at kings dominion l, the service was unbelievable! I have never had such great service from any restaurant, we couldnt figure out how it was physically possible to bring and make the food so fast.

Very fast service. I had my lunch food in 3 minutes tops. Traditional Tex-Mex food, I will definitely go back. They have a great margarita special on Tuesdays and Thursdays (see pic.)

First bad experience here. Dont ever get the lunch fajitas. 3 shrimp and some peppers. Waste of ten bucks. Get the full plate. Been several other times and meals were great.
