I love Wawa but I just had the worst customer service experience Ive ever had with the franchise tonight at this location. I ordered a sandwich, payed, & patiently began to wait. After several people who ordered after me were served I politely inquired about my order number. The response I received from the girl behind the counter was "oh that # is long gone! Are you sure you didnt take it?" I replied cheerfully in the negative and asked if my sandwich was going to be made to which she didnt respond, so I asked again. Clearly annoyed with me she said to re-enter my order in the computer so I did & proceeded to watch her make 3 other sandwiches before mine. Finally got it nearly 30 minutes after the initial order &needless to say it was hardly accurate to what I ordered & not even cut. What in the world did I do wrong to deserve such a rude interaction? It wasnt very busy in there and I really wasnt pressuring at all just wanted my sandwich.

Wawa is not a gas station. Its an experience. When you stop at wawa you know you will have good food, clean restrooms, great coffee, drinks, snacks, and windshield scrubbers WITH water. I love wawa. Not only is the gas fairly priced, but the entire place is set up perfectly for a in and out stop. You want food? They got it. You want clean bathrooms. Done. Wawa = Life

Good place not so packed, I dislike this place because I was sitting in my car for 30 mins eating my sandwich. The employees kept coming out to see if I left, I think the manager called the police because as I was leaving a cop was pulling in.

McDonalds was slammed so I diverted to Wawa, their subs are delicious and they had nine ready super fast. Next time I might ditch McDs all together and just do the late night food crave stop here.

Clean and well stocked, this wawas is fast paced, organized and easy to navigate. Hot coffee? Yes! Fresh food? Absolutely! Ice cream? Of course! Never a bad experience, IMO.
