The coffee was outstanding, the employees were kind and friendly, and all played their part in getting things accomplished. Everyone had a friendly smile and worked together as a team. They greeted me, and thanked me once I ordered and when I went to pick up my coffee. The staff seemed to really enjoy their job and co-workers. But I think what I love most about Starbucks is that they provide flexible schedules for their employees, fully covered insurance for all employees and the fact and let me be clear there arent alot of jobs that do this anymore, nor would I have ever thought that a coffee shop would offer this, but Starbucks offers tuition reimbursement for their employees!!!! I was at Starbucks one day when I heard a couple people talking about the tuition reimbursement when I said do what? The employee looked at me smiled, then laughed and said yes, Starbucks CEO reimburses employees tuition if their grade point average is a C Average I believe overall . . . I was astonished, and I think its absolutely great that they offer health insurance to their employees, but to find out they also do Tuition Reimbursement, I feel is Awesome. Anyways, if u want great, fast, amazing, kind, intellectual, warming, welcoming, thankful, and an overall outstanding environment to have coffee in, I would recommend Starbucks. Id also like to say that sometimes some people you just cant please in the world, and that those people wouldnt be happy and would find something wrong just so they have something to complain about, even if someone put $1 Million dollars on their plate or if they were given a 2lb, un-cut diamond, they would be something wrong with it. Lol. Therefore, trust me, Starbucks has great coffee, great, fast service, and have a truly welcoming environment about them, thats worth coming back to everytime, and their prices are great as well, not to high at all.

I love Starbucks, usually they are my go-to coffee shops. However the service at this location has been horrible the three times I have gone here. This last time prompted me to write a review. 4 employees were working; I was greeted when I walked in. The employee working the register was wrapping a large box of pastries while the three remaining employees were standing around complaining about their work schedules, no one offered to start my drink or ring me up on the other register.

They mess up my drink every time. I order my frozen drinks with espresso. They dont even bother to blend the drink and when I ask to have it redone, they dont even put the espresso in it, that I paid for. This location is terrible. How do you mess it up every time? If you want good coffee go to the towers location.

Wanted to suprise my wife with coffee at work this morning. So I woke up at 545am loaded the 4 kids in the car and arrived here at 620am... They were still closed. It would be nice if the store adhered to the hours of operations posted on the door and on the website.

Great service! The baristas are so sweet. Id recommend going inside and avoiding the drive-thru. Its the most popular location so the drive-thru is packed at peak times. Just got through in 4 mins inside and the cars I saw outside have barely moved, haha.

The lighting is terrible to try to do work. Also, dont use the mobile order, because it took over 15 minutes to get my drink after I ordered from my phone. I watched several people come in and order at the counter and leave while I waited.

I love this Starbucks! They have great employees, Friendly and hard workers!! My drinks are always perfect from this location. I drive 15 minutes out of my way just to come to this one. Great job guys!

Busy, crowded parking and seating, so this is not the place to sit and enjoy atmosphere or work on your laptop. But the service is not lacking. Very convenient to have in the valley view mall area.

Friendly staff and spacious interior makes it a nice place to relax or work for a while. Just off the main road between the mall, movie theater and other shopping in front of Wal-Mart.
