Finally found a great coffee shop in Miami. In addition to the fact they use Illy coffee, they actually know how to brew a great espresso and cappuccino. The cappuccino cups are the right size (as you would find in any great coffee bar in Italy), and not the jumbotron sizes that Starbucks has trained American palates to think is normal! The froth is the right temperature and not scalding hot, so you can enjoy it immediately. The latte art provides that extra touch so you know the person who prepared the coffee knows what theyre doing and loves coffee! If youre in the Lincoln Road Mall area, this is right around the corner on Washington. A must try.

Horrible customer service. My mom and I ordered oatmeal and yogurt with coffee. We were the only ones in the store (probably for good reason) and it took forever. When I went up to the counter after about 10 minutes of waiting the server looked at me and said "what?" rudely, After I told him I was waiting for my breakfast he handed me a half cooked oatmeal with water sitting on top and he also handed me my moms yogurt missing the granola and other ingredients. Even when the workers were made aware of the embarrassing quality of our breakfast there was no apology. Crema was awful and I would NEVER recommend it. Go to Starbucks.

The food was OK. The price for the cappuccino/breakfast was appropriate for Miami! But what bordered me a lot and really got me upset: the most unfriendly person I have ever seen in the US. The guy at the cashdesk. He just looked like he is the most arrogant person in the world!!!! He didnt even said hello to us. While nobody was there he was permanently on the phone texting and looking mad. He seemed like a French man to me. But if I wanna have unfriendly people I would have stayed in Europe. That is mostly normal in Europe. Wasnt used to that in the US. Not coming again! But the illy coffee was at least good!

Very polite, quick service. $6 bucks for a pastry and a macchiato, not a value but not outrageous. My issue was the drink - the espresso shots are being pulled at too high a temperature. This is typical and expected at most of the places on SoBe serving coladas made with Cafe Bustelo - but should not be the case at a gourmet espresso bar serving Illy, which is known for being a smooth, not so bitter blend. The drink had an equal amount of steamed milk to espresso, with only a dollop of foam - more like a mini-latte as opposed to a macchiato. TL&DR - espresso too hot, coffee that should be amazing was meh.

Poor Customer Service The food does look great. Natural, whole and probably tastes wonderful. We ordered smoothies and coffee. The fruit smoothies (Red, White and Blue) tasted very good. However, we did find metal shavings in both drinks. We brought them to the counter. They dismissed us, saying that couldnt be. We showed them the shavings. They were rude and disgusted that wed make an accusation. Its very unfortunate as this was the only establishment we experienced in South Beach that was lacking in customer service, unprofessional and ineffective.

SLOW. Staff was "out there". Not the brightest. Poor service, "didnt care attitude". High prices. Found unknown particles in our smoothies. Looked metallic and definitely NOT eatable. Staff insisted it wasnt from their machines when being made. What else could it be? Common sense isnt too common. Its unfortunate. The food does look good, however with attitudes like this would rather take our business elsewhere. **Do not recommend.

I had a unique salmon salad and coffee delivered and both were amazingly good. Very fresh and good value. Why would I go to a tacky chain or convenience store when this is so much better? Update! I went in person. This is the BEST coffee shop in Miami Beach and they have great food. I had the chicken and greens salad and the lemon crepe. Both were fresh and generous portions. Great service too!

Crema is the European Café among the cafeterias of South Beach. They do it right with their freshly baked croissants and European cheeses to their healthy shakes made with fresh ingredients. This place will definitely give you the right pick me up with their coffee and theyre feel-good croissant breakfast sandwich is no less than awesome.

Nice place, much better than coffee chains. One can specify how ones want the food in quite a detailed way. The coffee itself was strong but maybe not the best blend for me personally. You service yourself basically and collect food and drinks at the counter. The big surprise was the plastic cutlery and plates though.

Had an iced late with caramel and almond milk, very tasty and not too sweet. The coconut and Guava party was warm and amazing, so was the chocolate croissant. Two bathrooms are not enough, but no one will stop you from using the one of the opposite sex. Great coffee and great pastries!

Visited in the morning for a crepe. Had the "Miami sweet" crepe. Unfortunately was not very good. Was vey plain looking compared to what Im use to from other crepe places and it tasted fairly bland (not sweet). Net net I would not come back here again.

They serve very good Italian illy coffee! I come here everyday for my breakfast 3 days in roll. Very tasty quality pastry, fresh baked croissants, and good selection of fresh presses juices. Highly recommend!

The owner George and staff are great here at Crema. They are next door from my office and I usually stop by once a week. Great croissants, green juices, coffee and more. Breakfast served till 2 pm :)

About the same price as statbucks (sometimes less, sometimes more) with less "dessert" coffees. Much better quality coffee and awesome food selection are what puts this place on top in SB.
