My daughter went here on one of her many stops home on a band trip. We live in Texas, so it was a long ride home. This Cicis managed to feed the 91 students and get them on their way... but my daughter forgot her smart phone. (Ugh! My kid is on her way back to Texas, and now has no phone). Phones are very expensive! Then she called and spoke to a wonderful young lady that worked there named Robin. I got in touch with her, & she helped us get my daughters phone shipped back to us! She text me updates, used a box she had from home, her personal email to get the packing slip... all with a sweet and positive attitude. She was so helpful and saved our family hundreds of dollars in the process. The customer service here is above and beyond! Thank you Robin for being so helpful. You are absolutely amazing! :-) Please do me a favor since we live so far away, if you go here... tell Robin she ROCKS! I highly recommend you visit this Cicis and enjoy the sweet staff!

I eat there yesterday with my 5 year old granddaughter (towns side plaza) and the pizza was just ok. It has been allot better, But it just was so dirty there there. The cart that they put dirty dishes in was sooo dirty and it stopped right in front of our table. So I had to move it of course. The baby chairs, chairs, and booths just need some time spent on just cleaning them. If the dinning room is like that what is the kitchen like. I don;t want to think about the kitchen. Just to say we will not go back at all.

My boyfriend, his daughter, and I came to Cicis tonight for the first time in a while. I have to say the manager Angel was awesome. He had great customer service and was very courteous. I got to my car to realize I had left my Invisalign tray on the table. He did not hesitate to look through the trash for me. I ended up finding it, but he was extremely helpful. Great customer service and I think a lot of establishments could learn a thing or two from him.

So I just recently started working at CiCis but before I worked there I literally went in all the time. The macaroni and cheese pizza is by far my favorite, and Ive always loved that if they didnt have the type of pizza you wanted on the buffet, you could order a personal sized pizza for no additional cost! Its a really fun spot for family and friends, and its always been a great atmosphere.

This Cicis was one of the best Ive been to. The service was wonderful and I would like to thank Angel for being so friendly and helpful during our meal. We chose to come here for a prom dinner and I will be coming next year as well!!!

A pretty good buffet for pizza. They have the standard pizzas and exotic ones like buffalo chicken and Taco pizza. Also a pretty good salad bar with pasta and soup. Expect to spend between $8 and $10 per adult with drink.

I have 3 employees and buy them lunch every day. We were working in Ronoake today and we ate at Cicis every one was full and I wasnt broke when it was done and the food was great

Great all-you-can-eat buffet, with salad bar and we special ordered pizzas and garlic bread for vegans. Angel is the guy who took our order and he was very kind. We will go again.

Not that clean inside,good pizza but salad is warmer than I like it.bathrooms are awful.Under the tables are nasty from not being swept except apparently at night.
