Unreal!! I wouldnt even review this place as "Poor-Fair". Its just plain "POOR"! After the third time of ordering from here and messing up our order, we vowed never to order again. Alas, we gave it one more try about 3 months later and guess what happened... The order was wrong again! Not only that but if you seen what was in my calzone, you would literally vomit on site. If I can find a way to upload the photo from my phone, this place would probably go out of business. It was a giant HAIRBALL! It wasnt just a strand of hair that might have accidently fell on the calzone, it was so big that could have only been purposly placed! I was so disgusted that I drove to the place where costumers were eating, and showed the employee my finding. He quickly hid the calzone so no costumers would see it, and gave me a refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Update: It has been a while so I thought I would give it a try. We ordered a pizza and fried zucchini. The zucchini it was so greasy we had to wrap it in paper towels to soak up the grease and then put it in the oven, They also forgot the marinara sauce. First review: The food was real good when they first opened but has gone down hill a little. Seem like they lost that new shop drive. The food is still ok but for ok food I can order from one of the other shops for less. My main issue is that they seem to mess up the order more than half the time mainly the hoagies. I would recommend just order them with everything and take off what you don’t want. The guys that work at the place are real nice and it is always clean so try and see if you have better luck.

Ive made multiple orders online just so there is no mix up with my order and they have now gave me the wrong order on multiple occasions. They must hire illiterates because it is apparent that no one that works here, can read. UPDATE: I have yet to receive any type of response to my complaint. It is obvious that they gave up on any type of customer satisfaction.

Pizza is great. But today (10/12/16 @ 2pm), the lady that took our order was not happy to be working there or something and was acting rude towards us. We did nothing wrong except order food (2 slices each) and she just (I am guessing) was having a bad day or something although she is acting nice to other customers. WTF!

Very bland tasting pizza. Has a cardboard taste to it. I do not understand how this place has so many locations. Also, the people that work here are borderline rude and not friendly by any means. I have been to multiple locations, same experience.

Definitely NOT the best pizza place. It is more like the mall pizza which is not the best crust. I also prefer fresh mushrooms instead of canned. Everything else is kinda ok but the Wedgies get 5 stars for sure.

These are best, most-consistent wings in Pittsburgh. I am originally from Buffalo, so I know good wings. This is the only place to get them. I have not had anything else from there.

The pizza here is EXACTLY like NJ NYC pizza. Finally! Great pizza in Pittsburgh. We like other pizza styles too, but this is our favorite. Thin and great cheese and sauce ratio!
