I LOVED four star, UNTIL 20 minutes ago. Ive dealt with wrong orders, smashed orders, FORGOTTEN orders. All with a smile on my face and understanding. Im 37 weeks pregnant, when they showed up I was on my top floor in the bathroom and it took me a moment to get to the door (a minute). I got the money out to pay him and only had 3 5 s instead of 4. ($17.72 was the bill) I only had $17 in cash n knew I had just had 4 5s. The driver starts saying all types of rude stuff n stomps off yelling n carrying on in a neighborhood packed full of kids getting out of school. It turns out Id left the 5 on the bathroom sink, but a full blown temper tantrum of 72 cents and u could just took one the cans of pop back n been more than even? Never again. Totally appalled. Smh.

The delivery people are always so friends, the food is amazing. Definitely worth the price. Ive traveled the world eating from so many different pizza places & will always think four star will be in my top 5 favorite pizza & sub delivery services/pizza shops. The only downside is sometimes the pizza gets here cold, but its still delicious.

Food is better but service is horrible. Always takes 1-2 hrs for delivering an employees are rude. An they never answer phone till 4-5 times. of calling. Food is always burnt and have foul after taste terrible. The place is so dirty and I havent ordered in a year

Your large pizzas are medium size cut into small pieces. But. It is very good. A few complaints *Send your drivers with correct change. He didnt have enough change which ment we had to give him a bigger tip wasnt very happy about that.

I must agree with the previous statements regarding very poor customer service. There have been numerous times that the employees have been rude or just had a bad attitude. However, the pizza is very good and affordable.

I go here at least once a week. Not sure of her name but the girl who works in the daytime is very nice. Sometimes she is by herself, or with limited help but always seems to be in a good mood despite being busy.

Just ordered large pizza got a 12 inch instead. Cost over $17. And the man was rude on the phone We placed an order a couple weeks ago and the Delivery guy was rude. You just lost a faithful customer.

I ordered two subs and cheese stick. The subs were okay but the cheese sticks were not. They had hardly any cheese and were nearly burnt and the was thin and hard.
