Closed 10 mins before midnight. They didnt seem like they wanted to even talk to me at the drive thru. They just said "Closed". I pulled up and one of the line cooks walks over to the window and gives me a look like why am i here, and says WERE CLOSED,! The lady who answered the drive thru comes to the window and says were closed. I asked what time do you close? She says "around twelve" i asked around twelve or twelve? She started backpedaling as if she was willing to serve me. But, at this point im thinking dont order anything , especially from this upset crew trying to leave early.

El peor servicio de drive thru... Cogieron mal mi orden y cuando pedí hablar con un manager (porque yo tuve que bajarme a buscar mi orden rectificada,porque había más gente esperando ) me dijeron que el manager a cargo no estaba disponible que no podía hablar con el... Pésima atención

Un desastre! Llegamos media hora antes del cierre, no había nadie en el restaurante, 2 minutos antes de cerrar todavía no nos habían entregado el pedido y nos dijeron que cerraban. De muy mala gana nos dieron el pedido y esperaron a que terminemos de cenar.

One of the girls were absolutely rude. It says that burgers are available at breakfast. So we order, and just says we cant order it. "nope" was all I got. And I asked if I could get a little more then a nope and she says "we dont have it". Really. Burger King without burgers. Hmmm. So it turns out they dont start serving burgers until 11. We order hash browns instead and she just keeps chanting "I get to sit my ass down" while she was preparing our order. Very professional.

Went to place am order and the front counter male person was to interest in talking to his buddy then concentrating on my order then the other staff lady kept repeating the order wrong and would not listen to her customer... They were not very appreciative of our business at all... Felt like i should have asked his buddy to order my food... We ended up leaving and going down the street with no purchase.. Very unhappy..

When coming from the West (heading toward the bridge for Hollywood Beach) Google Maps will try to send you through a ridiculous u-turn requiring you go over the bridge - dont do it! Make the left right before the bridge when you see the Burger King sign and then a right at the next Burger King sign.

The staff was extremely nice and efficient. Unfortunately the quality of my chicken sandwich patty was scary. The employees offered to make me another but I am kind of weird about eating a replacement meal. The manager gave me a refund without making me feel bad about it so a big kudos to her

This is my 3rd time coming here, & for the 3rd time my order has been wrong, I asked for certain things added & removed, but still got what I didnt want, plus I was charged extra for what I wanted, & my order was still wrong and they didnt give me a receipt.
