If I could give Fish Bowl zero stars I would. Lets start two years ago, when I first visited Fish Bowl, shortly after they opened. We rented their private room, and had a dinner event for around 40 people. We gave our orders a week before hand, and it still look two hours for the food to come out. In addition, everyones food came out at different times. Needless to say, we left with $1100 of free food, and no hard feelings. Now lets fast forward to last night, when I figured I would give the Fish Bowl another shot. We reserved the private room, and ordered $60 in apps. When we arrived we did not get our room, but were shoved along the side of the room. The apps, which we ordered the day before hand, they claimed they hadnt started. An hour later, we asked to cancel them (as they still werent out yet) and they said they couldnt be canceled, as they had just started them. An hour after that, they came out. Two hours for dip and wings is just awful. You want to have a cigarette FORGET IT!!!!! You literally have to wait in line to get back in!!! REALLY !?!?!?!?!? NO BUENO! Now lets go to the bar. We were told wed have our own bar, in our own room. Since we did not have our own bar, we used the regular one. This bar is robbery. Literally. I paid with my card, and was not given a receipt to tip on. I asked if I needed to sign something, and they told me no. In addition, each time I went to they bar, they charged my card separately, to me meaning I was closed out. This morning when I woke up, tips had been added to each charge. NO WHERE did I sign anything or add a tip. They never gave me a receipt, so I assumed they didnt want one. The bar tipped themselves $6 dollars on two drinks. Anyway, DO NOT GO TO FISH BOWL, and if you do, do not order the awful food, do not wait two hours for it to come out. Pay cash, and get the hell out before you down in the Fish Bowl.

Bosses Day gone wrong. I was charged $2.99 for an unsweetened iced tea and $10.99 for a tuna steak sandwich...oh, which by the way, was smaller than the bun...go figure. At the end of the meal, it took 20 to 30 minutes (total) to receive our bills (party of 9), and of course there were mistakes with several of the tickets. My transaction took the longest, which prompted me to check my account upon returning to work, and yup, you guessed it, I was double charged. I attempted to call the Fish Bowl Bistro&Bar back TWICE w/n 20 minutes after leaving, and received their voicemail with each attempt. Finally, I returned back to the restaurant (same day) and spoke to several staffers, including our waiter, at which point the waiter proceeded to explain that while he did originally double charge me, he had his manager void out the incorrect amount. Would have been nice if he had simply explained that to me initially. Not sure how the service is during dinner, or with smaller parties, but with groups of 9...BEWARE.

Went on a Friday. They have decent food, decent drinks. Was forgotten about at the bar but no big deal. The bartender is human. Only problem was I started a tab after the bartender asked me if Id liked to. She gave me back my card after she got my info. I check my account Sunday and they charged me 17 dollars for another tab. Called.. The manager told me hed refund me for 11 dollars, the cost of a drink he said they double charged. So wheres the rest of the money and why didnt it show up on my original tab that I signed for? I check it when the charge clears its a dollar less but no refund. I call back, manager acts as though hes frustrated with me because Im calling about MY money that his establishment took due to their mistake. I guess they assume they only have customers who are spending their parents money which is the reason their attitudes were poor towards the situation. Just dont start a tab there and dont even pay with you card. Use cash!

The food is not worth the price. The only thing I even enjoyed was the coconut shrimp. As far as the bar atmosphere, there are plenty of other places to go that are much better. Come here if everywhere else is packed and you have no other options.

Here now and the service is horrible. They gave us half cooked chicken and when we told them we didnt eat half cooked food they tried to convince us it was done ummmmm no it wasnt never again the service is fkn horrible

Dont be glum, chum! Youre in a car wash!The Palms is fun and there are a variety of washes from do-it-yourself to fully automatic.And really the whirl thing out front is just mesmerizing to watch! Amazing service.

Went on a Saturday night and it was a club. I couldnt even get to the indoor bar. There were people trying to sell me things and some people looked like they wanted to rob me.

Looks like a college drinking spot. Food tastes like its frozen or microwaved. Drink the fishbowl sized drinks, get drunk, pay cash, and eat somewhere else.
