Have been in to this place to eat a few times now. Always delicious. Ordered takeout from them tonight and dont live very close (St. Louis) after the 20 min drive home I discovered that both our burgers had incorrect toppings. I was disappointed, but had no intention of another 40 min round trip. I called, explained and was not only given a sincere apology on the spot, but was given the option to have my order completely refunded or to have a free meal the next time I came in. This, folks, is how a business who cares about its ingredients and customers operates. Definitely one of my top recommendations to people, and Im a customer forever! :)

This place is far from what we expected. It smelled so musty and gross that my 3 year old (with no filter) covered his nose and mouth immediately and started crying that he didnt want to eat there. The food was greesy and no different than a 5 guys; except the buns are very greesy and the fries were burnt. No plates here; just a sheet of paper on top of the sticky old furniture to put your food on. And even though they specifically request a tip starting at 15% increments, before you even get your food, you have to clear your own table. TOTALLY not worth the $65 we paid for 4 burgers and fries.

Our favorite burger place! All the ingredients are local and taste amazing. They have tons of unique topping choices so each time you can have a totally different experience. I personally am not a shake person, just not a big fan, but these shakes are AMAZING! My only complaint is that it is a bit on the pricey side for burger, fries, and a shake. However, it is a nice treat every once in awhile. Have been back a several times, will be back again, and will recommend to any & everyone!

The burgers are delicious, but as others have noted, they are not inexpensive. However if you want a fantastic burger and fries in Pville, youre not going to find it anywhere else. Also, to correct another review on here - tips are optional. The suggested tip amounts are just that, suggestions and you can easily bypass that screen on the iPad. My only real grip is the lack of a soda fountain. The bottled sodas are a nice vintage touch, but they are small and pricey.

Tried this place for the first time today and loved it! Great food, super friendly and helpful staff, quick enough to pop in for my lunch break, it is just fantastic! The beef is all local (in state), as a beef producer who prefers grain finished I always ask when it is not specified and the gentleman taking my order was extremely knowledgeable and even mentioned that all the produce is local when it is season. Will definitely be returning!

I really like this place. Have been several times. I love the sweet potato fries and the local beef and produce. Yes, they serve it on paper, which I think is charming in its own way. Its pricey, but food is real good, fresh and local. Plus there is a great ice cream place right next door for dessert. The only reason to not give 5 stars is the high prices. This is a great place to bring a friend for some local flavor.

Awesome burgers, a multitude of toppings, crispy fries & sweet potato fries, and old-fashioned bottled sodas. AND its all locally sourced (ok, not the soda). My boyfriend had an amazing, thick blueberry shake. Nice, friendly kids cooking and behind the counter. Really quick service. If you have a hard time bussing your own table like "Sari," please stay home. I would definitely recommend this place and would go there again.

Great locally sourced food! This is one of my favorite burgers in the world. Everything is made fresh and in house. I cannot recommend this place enough. The food is great, the people working there are friendly and fun, and the milkshakes are divine. If youve never been here its worth stopping in. If you are doing the Virginia wine trail and are looking for a place to stop off an eat this is the place to go. Enjoy!!

First off. The flavors and quality are excellent. Im making a slightly technical issue here. The chrome top burgers are too tough. This is probably an issue with the meat blend, grind and handling to form patties. The burgers taste good. But the patties are not tender and crumbly. But tough and almost steak like texture. This isnt an overbooking issue either. Its the grind and handling.

I come from the land of beef (Texas ) where the long horns roam the parks and malls and its restaurants have the burger (pretty much) figured out. We tried this place because of the reviews about the food and the friendly fast service. We ordered 2 burgers, fries and 2 shakes. We repeatedly had to inquire about the shakes. We finally received one shake at the end of the meal and the other not until we were ready to walk out the door. Very disappointing.

They refuse to make their meet anything but medium well, however its quite possibly the best burger Ive ever eaten. Ive lived in Purcellville for over 10 years and this is the only place in town where the food is ever consistently amazing

The market burger is the best burger Ive ever had. Melt is great and gets more press, but this is truly the best. Awesome fries as well. The maple mustard dipping sauce on the sweet potato fries is a must have.

Around 30 + dollars for 2 cheeseburgers, two fries and two bottles of water plus a couple of bucks in the tip jar. Seems like a lot but the food is excellent especially the home style fries! I love this place!

Great food. Love the local concept. Smaller place but ample seating. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Prices were fine for the quality and amount of food you get. Sweet Potato fries were huge!
