Dont know whats been going on the last few weeks with this PizzaHut. I only order hand tossed or thin crust pizza. Two out of the last three times my hand tossed has come out hard on the bottom. Im talking doesnt taste good hard. I have eaten hand tossed enough times to know how dense its suppose to be, the previous time I told them something was up with the dough, and it turned out fine. So I figured the first time was a one off, but no today it happened again as soon as I bit into it I knew it. Told my child she could finish off the first and I went back to get a refund on the second one. Not buying from here anymore!!!

I placed an order online with them. Once the confirmation went through it said it would be an hour and a half to be delivered. I thought that was too long to wait so I called the store to cancel. The guy who answered transferred me to the manager. When I explained to the manager that Id like to cancel, he said they were just running slow tonight then hung up on me. How incredibly rude, especially from a manager! So much for providing exceptional customer service. Ive previously ordered from them many times, but after his rude exchange Ill be switching to Dominos.

I placed a delivery order a week ago and discovered it was completely wrong after it was delivered. I called the manager and told him about the mistake. He gave us 2 options: they could make new pizzas or we could get credit and get our next order free. We decided to take the credit. Here we are a week later. I just called to claim my free pizza and, low and behold, they have no record of my credit. They just apologized and did nothing for us. This is the last time I order a pizza from this place. Do yourself a favor and go to Papa Johns or Dominos.
