Avoid this place. This is the most bizarre setting--kitch! The fountain inside the door was foaming, the place smelled like a strong disinfectant. We should have known better from the outside--all those sales and special signs cannot indicate that they are rocking with business. Yesterday, one of us tried to order from the menu, but were told toppings could not be added to individual slices. We pointed to their menu listing individual slices with a per topping fee of .50, but it didnt matter. The waitress hadnt heard of that before (their menu!) and the kitchen refused to put any toppings on a slice. That was the end--we had to go! We paid over $4.50 for 2 iced teas and drove next door to Joes pizza and had a delightful time--great, cheerful service & fine pizza in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday.

Walked in door all the waitresses just looked at us never seated us, it took the bus boy to realize we were standing there. Ordered deep fried mushrooms and received warmed over soggy microwaved mushrooms. No silverware had to ask for it, never came to refill drinks. Every time I come in here it gets worse and worse maybe they should shut the doors up like they did the Lions Den, very poor service and food freshness. Take pride and cook things properly instead of rushing things. This is definately our last time here well take the drive to Shortpump for good service and food. One star is operating this place. Never again!

Seriously I dont know who likes this trash! We have tried it 3xs and its always horrible! $15 for a meal where frankly I could get a better tasting option from a hungry man meal! Sauce is canned, bland and lacks flavor. Chicken tastes pre-processed and frozen, breaded or not its unlikely their "chef" does more than toss it in a pan. This stuff is so bad that even the cheese tastes cheap. I honestly wish I could truly vocalize how horrid the food is. I dont believe they really create their dishes as the food always tastes processed, frozen and gross.

This place is awesome. I have been there 3 times now and left happier than when I got there every time. They have amazing food. The servers I have had are all knowledgeable and answer any of the questions I have. When ever my husband and I are in this area we always make sure we stop here for a bite to eat. Mind you we have only ever been around lunch time but its still really good. Priced very nicely too. Not too expensive for what you get. Homemade salad dressing are amazing too. Highly recommend and have recommended to my friends and family.

First and LAST time. The chicken parm was horrible, over cooked and rubbery, as were the chicken fingers. Service was also poor, forgot our appetizer and then said they would take it off our bill....how do you take it off our bill when it was never brought and you realized it at the end of our meal? The manager and chef sent "apologies" through the wait staff, and still charged for the chicken parm. NEVER going back....should have read reviews before going tonight. Diners beware this place isnt worth your money.

This is a really good Italian restaurant in downtown Louisa. This was our first time here. The side salads were huge and they make all of their own dressings. The creamy Italian was amazing and the blue cheese was also really good. The mozzarella sticks were a little under done but still very tasty and melty. The shrimp scampi was good and so was the chicken parm. The chocolate cannoli was delicious. The portions were very generous and our server was friendly. We will definitely be back frequently.

Sorry, but the food was horrible, especially for the price they charged! The soup was from a can, the shrimp was over cooked, the chicken parmesan was from performed frozen chicken and the cheese came from a deli pack. The salad was the best part, once you took the store bought croutons off. At $15/plate, I dont know how they stay in business. We should have walked out. The staff was pleasant.

After they seated us, they ignored us for about 30 minutes, even after looking at us multiple times and us overhearing them argue about whos table we were and whether or not they were closing (it was about 9:30 on Saturday when we came in and they say they closed at 11). We ended up leaving disappointed. Thanks for nothing.

I was in Louisa on business, and a local recommended Roma. I assumed the $9-ish lunch special (salad, pizza, drink) would be puny, but it was not. The salad was big and beautiful. The pizza was 10", I think, and was delicious. It was a lot of good food for the money, and the service was A-OK as well.

A sad shadow of what it use to be. The hostess took forever to seat us but also didnt offer drinks. By th time our meal arrived we had to ask for silverware. Portions are way smaller then they use to be as well. Defintely not worth the $$ spent. Sad to see it come down to this..

The salads are now served in a bowl which appears to be about half the serving from a few months ago, no cut in the price though. That a lone set the tone for a negative experience. The salads use to be a huge draw for me and my family, not any more.

Came here about 4 years ago while on vacation. Could not wait to come back. Our experience was even better than anticipated. Food was phenomenal! Highly recommend this restaurant.

I havent eaten at Romas since late 2008-early 2009, and I still remember how good it was. Just writing this review is giving me a mental image of Homer Simpson drooling.

My husbands favorite local place. Food is hit or miss for me and sometimes I think it depends on the cook.
